Lowest price in DFW and 24 hour service!! I have had the pleasure of working with Air & Heat hospital for more than 15 years. Their service is the absolutely the best! Rain, shine, sleet and intense heat!!

I am about to replace and update my systems with them. They have the lowest price by about $4,500. I highly recommend them!

I was advised my old unit was done.
Called 3 companies to evaluate my needs and propose a new system. Got an extremely high bid from a well know company in DFW. David came to my home, looked at my unit and presented a bid for a new Trane system.(old system was a Trane). Quality system, Fair price, and great install. I would highly recommend this company for HVAC needs.

I've been a customer of Air & Heat Hospital for years & have generally been pleased with them, but this time I had agreed to buy a Trane unit, but got a Rheem one instead. I was told that the Trane one wouldn't fit in my closet, although I had a Trane one already there. Under the circumstances, I was hoping for a price reduction, but they only lowered it by $31, rounding the price down to $4,500. I have had both Trane & Rheem in the past & consider Trane to be the better brand. I will continue to be their customer, but I can't help but feel disappointed that I ended up with something different than what I originally agreed to.

The new Trane heating system and air conditioner was installed to schedule and without any issues.

We recently had our air conditioning and furnace units replaced--units that have far outlived their lives. Joe gave us a professional evaluation of our needs and his recommendation to meet those needs. A week later, he and his crew came over to begin work. Within a day and a half, they replaced both units, a 40-year-old duct system, and other related things. They left the house and the outside area clean. They and their work have my highest respect and recommendation. They outperformed my expectations.

We have had two of our HVAC systems replaced by Air and Heat Hospital. They’re always on time, respond during all hours, and will troubleshoot issues until they are resolved correctly. They were referred to us by my parents whose furnace went out during an ice storm - and they were the only ones who would come out to fix it. You can’t go wrong with these guys.

Raul and his team of 3 were excellent. What a pleasure to have friendly, prompt, professionals, do everything necessary to replace our entire heating and air system.

Raul and his team on a muddy, rainy day worked tirelessly with a smile and leaving not a trace of footprint on our floors. They are the type crew seldom seen in any industry. We will absolutely use this company with any and all products they represent. Maybe we'll even get the "A-team" again. Raul, shyly called his team, as my husband and I complimented them.

Add me to the list of satisfied customers. Air & Heat Hospital were very quick to respond to my A/C woes. System went out just before Thanksgiving and they had me back up and warm in no time. Great communication leading up to the scheduled appointment and service techs were very professional and thorough. Reassuring to know I’ve found an A/C company I can depend on and trust.

Needed AC repair on one of my Trane AC units. Joe came and went above and beyond the call of duty. In addition to switching out electrical parts he ended up unclogging primary drain and rerouting the secondary drain. Can’t say enough good things about Joe. He is a true professional. Air and heat hospital responded very quickly to my call. Michelle as usual coordinated everything. I highly recommend them. I have been a customer for years now. 2 thumbs up!

Phenomenal! I've known the owner, David, for years. He's truly the only guy in the business that is tired of the other guys ripping people off! He gives you a (ridiculously) fair price, and only recommends what you actually need. None of his crew is there to rob you, which is truly what everyone else in this industry is out to do. If you want to go with a reputable company, use these guys!

I hired them when I had an an AC issue. They were responsive even with a weekend call, came and completed service and said if I decided to get a new unit that they would deduct the service charge from the new unit. I decided to get a new unit and the crew did a fantastic job. They were here all day working in the attic and on side of house, cleaned up after were courteous and meticulous. The owner also stopped in to check on the work. Not only would I hire them again I have already let another friend know of their service during their bidding process and they are also hiring them to fix a coil. It’s good when you can find a value oriented company that you can trust.

Air & Heat Hospital always responds very quickly! I had several issues at my old house and used them again at my new house. They send the same tech each time so he got to know my houses and my systems! I really appreciate that. They patched up my A/C and Heat until I could afford the full replacements and now everything has been running great! Thank you!!

Been using these guys for over 10 years. Always a great experience. Joe was great...helped get me back to working without breaking the bank or trying to up sell or push a bunch of extra services/products on me. As long as I live in the area and need AC they'll be my go to HVAC people.

**⭐☆☆☆☆ – Disappointed with Pricing and Warranty Practices**

Air & Heat Hospital Inc. came out to repair my 6-year-old A/C unit, which is still under a 10-year warranty. To my surprise, they stated I’d be charged **$350.00 for each warranty-covered part**, something that was **never disclosed in the original contract**.

Instead of using manufacturer parts, they installed generic components and charged heavily inflated prices:

- Thermostat: $350.00 (actual cost ~$125.00)
- Contactor: $150.00 (actual cost ~$50.00)
- Transformer: $125.00 (actual cost ~$25.00)

I completely understand paying a markup, but a **$350 charge for a $125 thermostat** is excessive. Worse, the use of generic parts was never discussed as an option—it was just done.

Overall, I feel misled and overcharged. I expected better transparency and respect for the manufacturer’s warranty. I won’t be using this company again and can’t recommend them based on this experience.

Dave is a very professional and intelligent person. He explains everything step by step from what is he doing to why is he checking this or that to informing you of the reasons that leads to something going bad and most importantly what you should be doing to prevent future consequences. Got 2 A/C units and all the vents and returns checked also performed a drainage clean out to avoid clogging Thank you Dave for preventing me future problems.
