Called to get a quote on the replacement of a home HVAC System. Spoke with the owner Dave. The quote he gave me for the system I was initially interested in was the lowest I'd received. However, Dave explained that I could save $2500 buying a different system (still high quality Trane). I didn't end up going with Air & Heat Hospital because I already have a long term relationship with another company but I would have definitely used them if that hadn't been the case. I appreciate the fact that Dave didn't try to upsell me, educated me on the specifics of the different systems, and offered me pricing that was very competitive.
