They were very quick. They showed up for the appointment ahead of the designated time. They also diagnosed the problem really quickly. Fast and efficient.

Update: Jon De La Rosa came out to fix my issue with my unit a day later which was only because they had to order the part. Again on time, and fair pricing. He was in and out in about 30 minutes or so. He communicated what he needed to do and showed pictures once everything was done. Quick and easy and saved me from melting in this heat. Great service all around.

Jon did an great job. It was a hassle/inconvenience switching out my filter because of my water pump location, but he suggested mounting it to make it better for maintenance. And it looks good.

Have used these guys for a number of years, but recently charged me $387 to install a simple thermostat which took under 30 minutes. Charged me $323 for install then, a $75 diagnostic charge?...which to me should be part of the install, as in making sure it works once you install it should be part of the deal, not extra!. Now that it is still not working they are saying it likely needs a mother board as well. Also never shared a quote prior to the install, I figured it would be like $200 for the install, but not $323.00, plus the service call/diagnostic for $75. Called them to question charges, and see if they would waive the $75, but they said they would not make any adjustments to keep our business. Guess that is their business decision make, but we wont be going back...

Tito was great! He came in and performed a maintenance and a minor repair no problem. They didn't charge me extra even though there was a polar vortex cold snap going on. Very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful.
Ted the owner even came by.

The technician, Jimmy, was a pleasure to work with and very informative. However, I took away one star based on the fact that the company rescheduled my appointment three times. Since I scheduled 2 weeks in advance, this was very disappointing.

I signed up for the twice yearly maintenance plan (very reasonably priced!). The technician took several pictures and walked me through his inspection and cleaning of AC unit. Sign up and ask for Jon De La Rosa! He’s awesome.

My furnace was over 30 years old and Garland HVAC tech inspected it a number of cracks were discovered in the heat exchanger. With on a couple of hours I had a proposal with options which was fantastic. Price very competitive and the entire unit was installed the next morning. Very professional techs do excellent work and cleaned up everything when they left.
I would definitely suggest for my friends and associates use Garland HVAC

Very very unprofessional people, charging so much hiding fee and expending time for no reason and charging time, for small things bring long list to fix it and scare you if you not fix it cost you $10000 , they was asking $3500 they said we fixed your AC I did not pay that I only paid $800 and my AC work only 3 day .
I called another company asking for everything $750 .
And one year labor warranty , see the difference 750 to $3500 and no warranty.
Tech was unprofessional all the time calling some one

Jon De La Rosa did an amazing job figuring out my AC problem. He was very efficient and informative. The problem was fixed in about 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend him and Garland Heating & Air Conditioning, I called this morning for an appointment and they were here by lunch time

Helped diagnose the trane a/c and even had me bring the part in so he could verify the capacitor was bad. Suggested an upgrade to the system with a booster. Install was easy. I had a question about the wiring but they had already closed. Adam called back the following business day to make sure it was all ok. Very good service!
