Tech Archie was very pleasant, arrived on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up after himself and provided a thorough summary of his findings. The appointment was for clean and maintenance only. No repairs were required.

Review:Sears technician replaced the part in the refrigerator/Freezer. He said give it a day. Well the freezer made some ice alright. But today, 4/4/2025, after the icetray had ice in it, it started to spill water around the top of the freezer door, just like it did before. It looks like the problem has not been fixed. water still leaking out of the freezer top. This, after four Sears Technicians have. Come and try to fix it. How do you want me to rate the technicians? The problem remains I have water on the floor every time it tries to make ice?????
So now what are you going to do?? -
Mark was prompt, knowledgeable and explained the problem with our washing machine. He communicated with our Home Safe Warranty. I would recommend him and Sears Repair service!

Poor diagnosis, excessive $360 charge to replace a $24 door switch. I will replace myself! Paid the diagnostic fee and sent the tech packing. I looked at their maintenance service. $70/month for 12 appliances with an excessive $100 trip charge and no preventive maintenance.
Sears Appliance Repair is no longer a vendor I will be using. -
Technician was very knowledgeable and professional. Quickly diagnosed the issue and soon thereafter repaired the refrigerator and get it back to normal functioning. Extremely grateful! Thank you!

Archie was very knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the issue and resolved it quickly. He also let us know what to watch for to prevent problems in the future. Our refrigerator is 19 years old and still going strong thanks to Archie.

The Tech was competent and professional, worthy of 5 stars, but 3 stars are for the price, which was steep. The replacement parts came to $103 but would have been $20 tops online. Labor was $300 bucks for a 1 hour job. I could have bought a brand new drier for a few bucks more than it cost to replace a rubber tension pulley.

The Tech (Roman) was outstanding! He obviously knew what he was doing, explained the problem, and answered all my questions. I highly recommend him.

Archie fixed two problems with my fridge/freezer. I didn’t even know I had two! Very professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. He was in and out in less than an hour! Would highly recommend!

Mark was very pleasant to work with and was able to do the job very quickly.
A problem I have isn’t with the technician, rather with the charging policies. I had taken the part off to be replaced. There was payment for the part, easy to understand. What the tech did was put the replacement part in place, tightened a screw, and that was it. Literally a less than a minute’s worth of labor. The “standard labor charge” was $300! That was outrageous to me. Great experience with them from the technician side, but absolutely unreasonable labor charges. -
Paul was AWESOME! He came in and was very friendly ,addressed the problem and got the job done! He was patient with me answering questions that I had. Great technician!

Warning!!! They lie to you. Charge for warranty work. Claim labor is included into warranty work. Later, change the labor charge to over $600. Sent for 2 parts they charge me $1 for, then raised the price for those two parts to.a charge of over $200. Made 5 appointments, the first time they came out and diagnosed the problem incorrectly. Next two times, nobody show up. 4th time, they showed up with no compressor and demanded money for labor. 5th time they showed up 3 hours late, still no compressor and demanded money for labor charges before they would proceed even obtaining the Compressor.

Great experience with my technician, Kelvin. Very knowledgeable of my dryer (it’s very old). He was able to identify the problem within 7 minutes. He ordered the part and came by today to install. Very efficient and quick. Great personality!

Roman was very good. Hopefully he fixed my fridge for the last time. This whole thing started in January. Guys came out 5-6 times to fix my fridge. Hadn’t been fixed yet. Next time, I want a NEW fridge as you folks promised. I’m not happy but Roman was great! Customers service hasn’t called me yet with all the visits so far. If it’s not fixed and you don’t get me a new fridge, I’ll sends truthful reviews all over.

Absolutely the worst and most unprofessional service I’ve ever received. Would not answer questions, would not substantiate knowledge and had zero regard for coverage. Disgusting practices to say the least. Left us with mold and inaccurate temperatures - worthless and complacent technician.

Joe did an outstanding job of:
1. Diagnosed the problem with my lawn tractor.
2. Ordered the parts.
3. Told me what I needed to do “BEFORE” he returned to install the part.
4. Completed the installation “EXACTLY” how he said he would.
No hidden cost, no last minute additions.
Great Service and I would do it again.

He did his job professionally. he also diagnosed the problem and told us what it was. From the information he provided to us he said it would have to be completed by someone else.

I was very surprised and disappointed with the service provided by Marcos. He was very rude and had an attitude when answering my questions.
Even though I reported a dryer needed to be fixed and answered the day before online all the question, he came to my house saying that he was under the impression that a washer needed to be fixed.
I spoke by phone with Marcos the day before and explained to him that a dryer needed to be fixed not a washer.
I was trying to be respectful while observing Marco’s unprofessional behavior.
After this unfortunate incident I had to decide to cancel my policy. -
Roman was professional and very knowledgeable. He found the problem and knew what was needed to fix it. Thankful
