Terrible service. Technicians are not knowledgeable and couldn't perform the work, manager refused to even talk to us. Other companies are much better like GP Service Direct.

Amazing costumer service. They're really focus on the customer. I had the opportunity to meet Jonathan Parrish at Lamar University at Beaumont and he is very professional, with a very great personality. Keep it up guys!

Absolutely terrible. Every time we have a dishwasher that messes up, it takes them 3 visits and over a month to fix.

Here at the Sams in Stafford, Texas. I am a truck driver, your Van's blocked. The entrance where trucks come in at. We had to come around all the way to the back next time. Please park your trucks. Your vans away from the truck entrance, thank you.

Been waiting at our bakery to get one part fixed on our oven for 6 weeks. Excuses, won't return phone calls, won't call back when we do reach them. Last non-call back was after talking to the branch manager. And more excuses. But they are able to get us our monthly maintenance bill. Avoid Hobart if at all possible. Sorry we were forced to give this one a one-star.

I have a 33 year old Robot Coupe food processor that suddenly quit working. If not for its sentimental value, I would have probably relegated it to landfill. Instead I tried to have it fixed and drove 40 mins to Hobart Repairs. Unfortunately they do not service residential appliances and are strictly a commercial service. However, this didn’t stop senior repair tech Wade from taking a look. He found there was nothing wrong and the reason it stopped working was failure of the safety pin on the bowl to depress the latch. This simple check cost me a handshake! If this is how they treat their customers, you are in excellent hands even with more complex jobs. I give them 5 stars for superb service, even when it’s not their job!!!

Hobart is slow, poorly managed and recently lied about coming for a visit and charged a card we have on file with them for nearly $3,000. I warn everyone to do business with anyone else. Chandlers or Cayard’s is much better.

Horrible! This company is a rip-off!! Nice guy, but he spent nearly 4 hours at my bakery and still didn't fix the problem with my Hobart Legacy Mixer. He up sold us on some $200 lubricant for the machine. He tinkered with the speed dial, but the knob speed dial still spins around, and speed 3 still isn't working. The service call fee and the per hour rate are highway robbery.

We wanted to have our dishwasher inspected that just passed our 1 year warranty by a few months.

Hobarts technician tried to overcharge us for the labor by reporting 2 hours of labor @ 200/hr but the inspection only took 17 min.

Not sure how someone can do business like this.

The business stove failed. They charged me $303 for the spare part and $1,198 for labor, trip charge, freight and supplies for a total invoice of $1,616. A new identical stove price is $1,959. So I ended up paying almost the price of a new stove to have a $303 thermostat replaced. I will never call this company again.

Fixed my washer with Home Fix, and it has been been running perfect since then!

I recently had an issue with my Samsung refrigerator — the fresh food section wasn’t cooling, but the freezer was working fine. After doing some research, I found HomeFix Appliance Repair in Houston and gave them a call. They were able to schedule a technician for the very next day, which was a huge relief.

The technician arrived right on time and immediately began diagnostics. He explained that the issue was likely related to a blocked airflow or a malfunctioning damper motor. He opened up the back panel inside the fridge and showed me how ice buildup was preventing cold air from circulating properly. He also checked the defrost system and sensors to make sure everything else was working.

What impressed me most was how prepared he was — he had the parts with him and was able to complete the repair on the spot. Within an hour, everything was cleaned, tested, and put back together. He also gave me tips on how to prevent similar issues in the future, like not overloading the fridge and checking door seals regularly.

Since the repair, the refrigerator has been running perfectly. Temperatures are stable, and there are no more cooling issues. I’m very happy with the service from HomeFix — fast, honest, and professional. I would absolutely recommend them for anyone dealing with a Samsung refrigerator problem.

I had a great experience with Houston Home Fix. They repaired my Sub-Zero refrigerator in just one day! The technician was professional, on time, and explained everything clearly. I’m very happy with the service. Highly recommend them to anyone in the Memorial area!
