Needed dryer vent cleaned. Angel was the technician. Did a great job. Also showed us how to test the dryer for codes. Very professional. Highly recommend.

I had used another technician who did not let me know that LG has a 10 year warranty on the compressor and Demetrio called me to setup an appointment but I had already got someone else and when I told him the issue he gave the warranty information on LG and suggested I contact LG. Thank you again for saving me $1200 for repairs or buying a new fridge . I will definitely keep your number for future appliance repairs

They fixed my LG washing machine when the pump went out. the turnaround time was one day to get the part and install it. very impressed with my overall experience would highly recommend

Demetrio at Appliance Cowboys has been super helpful with several appliances we’ve had trouble with. He replaced several bad igniters on our Bertazzoni range as well as reinstalled a replacement gasket on our freezer that had been improperly installed by another repair company.

He took time to explain the repairs thoroughly and was regularly in contact as they sourced replacement parts for our oven.

Demetrio and Rey came by to service our oven. They were scheduled quickly, came within in the time window I was given (gave me updates as they could to be exact) and had the issue diagnosed and fixed quickly. Oven is back in action in time for dinner!

I had an issue with my bertazzoni gas oven not working. I asked for an appt and had a technician, Demetrio call me 20 minutes later. I told him my issue and he was able to diagnose the issue over the phone and I got it fixed. I appreciated him checking to see if it’s a simple issue before having to come out and charge me for a visit. That’s what makes a trustworthy company and I will be calling these guys next time I need appliance help.

Do not call these people. I have a part I ordered that was not needed-a heating element for my Ilve oven and an oven that still does not work. The repair guy said it was the 240 so my electrician came to check it while he was there out of kindness as it’s two days before Thanksgiving. He was here under 10 minutes and power was never out and the 240 was fine. An hour after the repair guy left-oven still didn’t work and ticket remained open. The office phoned and told me the work was not complete due to other work I was having done at my house and the power being off due to electrician. I said back up-he essentially told me he was right and I was not as that is what was conveyed to him-he did not even ask me-he told me. To say I’m angry is an under statement. They had been paid for half the work as deposit. They said they will still fix it-I said clearly you can’t and do not know how or I would have a working oven. They had the audacity to still send me a bill. I will see them in court before it’s paid.

This company has been coming out to my house for a few years. This last service by the owner Marco was truly exceptional. I was having a gas leak which was determined by a plumber to be coming from the stove. Another tech came out and agreed. Parts were ordered. Marco came out and took apart the stove checking all connections. He 100% felt is was not the stovetop and didn’t replace any parts which had been quoted at $750. I had another plumber come out and with a leak pressure test, a large leak in the pipe from outside was discovered. The pipe repair was done and no issues with the stovetop. My compliments to Marco for his honesty.

Totally professional. Everything went as planned. The office picked up right away and said I would get a text from Demetrio that afternoon, which I did. He stopped by that same afternoon at the agreed-upon time and made an accurate assessment of the issue. He said I could be his first appointment the next morning and that he would text when he was on his way, which he did. He arrived on time and replaced the pump on my washing machine with OEM parts in about 20 minutes and the problem was solved. Demetrio and his helper Giovanni were amiable and professional. I really couldn’t ask for anything more from this experience.

I highly recommend Appliance Cowboys, and especially Angel, the appliance technician who fixed my dryer. Everything about this service was great: good communication about my appointment, prompt arrival, expert diagnosis, clear explanations, only the required work, and fair prices. I will definitely use them again for any appliance issues.
