Thank you Javier! We have a Kitchen Aid under counter ice maker that quit making ice. We had one company come out and clean it but didn't fix the problem. We called another company that didn't show. Javier came out on time and quickly diagnosed the problem as a malfunctioning water valve and a bad bin thermistor. The parts were easily replaceable (three screws) so he asked if I wanted to replace them myself and save some money. I did, so he gave me the part numbers. I ordered and replace the parts and wala...we have ice. Thanks again Javier, very professional!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! As the owner and manager of several income properties, I've had my share of appliance "repair guys". It did not take long to know that Javier is a true technician not "repair guy". Javier is extremely knowledgeable and has excellent customer service. JCL Services is another example that you don't always "get what you pay for". JCL service's is as good (if not better than) the manufacturer's technician's, but at a price that beats "repair guys".

After many disappointments, JCL was the only provider to correctly diagnose the problem with my wine cellar AC and corrected. He’s always reachable and provides excellent support even after the job has been done. Thank s JCL for being honest and professional in a field that lacks both in general.

JCL is by far the most knowledgeable professional to work on wine cellars. Javier solved a water leak problem that 3 other so-called Houston expert companies in refrigeration and wine cellars could not. He will take the time to clearly explain what the problem is and how to solve it.

Javier at JCL appliance repairs has been awesome!! He always takes my call and shows up within a day. He has bent over backwards to make sure my wine fridge is working. The original job by another company completely rigged it in a way that made a lot of the parts overwork and fail. He has since fixed everything. Even after my generator burned out a part he made sure it was fixed under warranty. I have had a great experience with Javier over the years. I always say “ I hope I don’t need to call you again anytime soon. “ but truth is I wouldn’t call anyone else for the job.

Javier repaired my 9 year old 330 bottle wine refrigerator with a WhisperKool refrigeration unit in it. Javier was very knowledgeable about the unit, diagnosed the problem very quickly and gave me a couple different options to fix it. He did a great fix which will make it more reliable and easier to service in a timely manner for a very good price. Javier drove more than 60 miles one way to come to my house to repair this unit as he is one of very few authorized service technicians for this brand. 3 other repair services had already refused to work on the unit, so Javier really helped me out. I would very highly recommend him for your repair needs!
