The next day, one of their appliance repair specialists came to provide the required dishwasher repair service. He knew exactly what to do with the door gasket and latch assembly. Thanks a lot!

Citywide Appliance Repair Houston’s dishwasher repair was all I needed to eliminate the issue that my unit was having. Their appliance service technician worked swiftly to make my dishwasher run again. When he was done, we tried to turn on the dishwasher and it hummed to life as if nothing happened!

The repairman that worked on our dishwasher was professional, honest, thorough and explained what was going on and what needed to be done in order to fix the problem. I would definitely use them again.

I had a frustrating experience with Citywide appliance as they sent a repairman who misdiagnosed a problem with my dryer. Instead of providing a comprehensive diagnosis, the repairman only mentioned one possible cause for the issue with my dryer. This led to unnecessary expenses of buying a replacement dryer and delays in getting the actual issue fixed. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend their services based on my experience.

I had a great experience working with Appliance Cowboys! My fridge at my home in Houston broke and I worked with two different techs from other companies that could not get it fixed! The first tech said it was the compressor (a very expensive part) and it was not! The second tech was the tech sent out by and recommended by Whirlpool and they still could not get it fixed. The tech sent by the company Whirlpool recommended didn’t have a clue what was wrong, and I wasted my money paying them a service fee. I was about to give up and buy a new fridge.

Finally, a friend recommended Appliance Cowboys! Demetrio came out right away, and checked each part of the fridge to find the broken part. They got my fridge working right away and came back to replace the broken part in the freezer! Demetrio was very friendly and professional and communicated with me during the entire process. The price of the repair was also reasonable. I saved a lot of money by not having to buy a new fridge. I highly recommend Appliance Cowboys!

We didn't have a working oven for 8 months, as three different companies came out to look at it and all said different things. We called Appliance Cowboys on a whim, expecting that we'd have to buy a new oven before Christmas. Demetrio and Ray came over and diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes. They also had the parts to fix it and did so in under an hour. I cannot recommend them enough!

Demetrio did a great job repairing my Thermador freezer! He correctly diagnosed that the circulating fan stopped working and was able to replace the fan in less than 2 hours. Now my freezer is working again!

The technician Demetrio was at my house within 1 hour of calling the office. In under an hour he and Ray had diagnosed the issue, picked up the part, and made the replacement. Very good service.
