Angel was my guardian angel! He communicated clearly, messaged before arriving, and told us exactly what was wrong. He quoted us a price that was exactly what we had to pay. I was extremely impressed when he messaged me during the 2026 January freeze saying that he would see us later in the day. Excellent service, without which I’d still be washing clothes in the sink!

Demetrio and Rey gave me great service and got my Thermador oven working again. I was really happy with their communication about the part I needed and the quick turn around in getting the part and doing the repair. I am happy to recommend Appliance Cowboys to others. I had used them once in the past for an appliance repair, so when the ice and water dispenser in my GE refrigerator stopped working - I immediately called them. They were able to come to my home and assess the next day. After ordering the necessary part, they came back and installed it within minutes. I found Demetrio and Ray both to be friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Pricing seemed reasonable. I definitely plan on using Appliance Cowboys again.

Angel from Appliance Cowboys came out to service my washer and dryer, and he was excellent! He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He performed maintenance on the washer and dryer, cleared out the duct, and also pointed out that the vent exhaust was old and rotted, offering to replace it to prevent future issues.

I really appreciated his honesty, attention to detail, and quality of work. Everything is working great now! I highly recommend Appliance Cowboys and will definitely request Angel again for future service.

Great experience with Ray and Demetrio. Courteous, professional, knowledgeable. They thought the fridge needed two repairs, so they did one and came back. The first repair actually solved both issues, so they did not charge me for a second trip. I hope I don't need appliance repair soon, but if I do, will call these guys!

I’ve been using Appliance Cowboys for my fridge and ice machine repairs. They recently worked on our Viking refrigerator- a complex repair that took several trips while getting parts from Viking ( very difficult and slow).

On each visit they kept me informed to what was going on and what their next steps were. Between trips they kept me posted on the ETA for the parts.

They finished the job and everything works as expected. They were very fair and transparent on the bill.

Demetrio and Ray came out to my house and met me on time and were very friendly upon arrival, they quickly diagnosed the issue with my dishwasher and were able to have it fixed in less than 30 min. I had a gas smell coming from inside my dryer, so I called Appliance Cowboys. They had a technician come out same day! Angel came out to look at my dryer and immediately knew what the issue was. He replaced 2 valves inside the dryer quickly and my dryer is now working again. It was done within an hour and at a fair price!

Scheduled an appointment based on the great reviews, and Appliance Cowboys did not disappoint. They were able to get me in the same day, quickly diagnose the issue with my washer, and have it fixed by the next day. Huge thank you to Demetri and Ray for their excellent customer service!

Demetiry and Rey helped me diagnose an issue with my range vent hood. They thoroughly researched to find the correct replacement part. Demetiry was very communicative during this process. Ultimately, he learned that the part was discontinued. I ordered a new vent hood and both Demetiry and Ray were able to get it installed within a few days of its arrival. I normally dread dealing with house maintenance repairs but these guys made the process so easy. They were both available through text and calls which made for easy scheduling. The ladies in the office are also always very helpful and polite. Appliance cowboys is the first repair/install company I’ve dealt with that isn’t a pain to deal with. You get a human every time when calling. I have already recommended them to people
I know and will continue to use for all my appliance needs!

Ripoff disorganized organization!
This is a ripoff business. Called the number 713, spoke with Amber to get an appointment for our monogram repair requesting diagnosis fee of $110 which is double other companies or 30% more!!. Dimitri, their ‘top’ technician texted he can make it next day. I requested the latest possible from the time range he offered 10:30/11pm-2pm. He shew up 45 minutes earlier than the earliest time and start texting to get in and then expressed impatience to leave and reschedule!! I was out not expecting him to be there that early. Finally, got in with a relative young technician who tackled the glass fridge he was curious of!! Dimitri said they ll send us the next day max the repair proposal to start. We zelled him on the spot the diagnosis fee and at our much surprise, we never heard of him or had whatsoever follow up or news!! But three weeks later someone from their company, we never knew or spoke with, called almost obsessively, requesting payment leaving several messages, panicking us.
When I picked the phone to check what’s the matter, was Maria requesting in panic the payment. Also felt she was cross checking who was the technician and more information. I grabbed the opportunity to express our disappointment that no one called or followed up at all unless when I did two weeks later to hear that the model was discontinued so they can’t replace the door and drawers system as Dimitri thinks it’s necessary to do and over do it to be “ in the safe side”. Maria sounded relieved that the Zelle was done three weeks ago on the spot. She promised she’ll fix the situation and they can get the hardware from other sources than the manufacturer. Also, she demanded that I call the number she called from and not the other. I requested her a refund of the $110 as we already know the problem and complained of it being obvious, the door doesn’t close right and we expected them to repair it but their team isn’t able to and don’t want to spend time and effort so they should be honest and REFUND.
Also, from the different interactions with the company and its team, sensed disorganization, competition and lack of trust in this family business. The outcome:
we lost $110 we want it refunded ASAP.
we lost our time and effort in a very negative and disappointing experience
Our expensive fridge is Not repaired.
Stay away from these drifters!

Appliance Cowboys came out for our Sub-Zero refrigerator repair. Our freezer was over freezing and had too much frost buildup. Our refrigerator was not cooling enough. Marco was our technician, and he fixed all the issues within a few hours. Great customer service and I will use them again in the future.

We’ve used appliance cowboys a number of times over the years and have always had a great experience. They’re able to schedule us quickly, have great communication, and have always fixed our issues. They even go the extra step to explain how to prevent reoccurrence in the future.

We could not be more pleased with the gas dryer service yesterday by Angel. From pre-visit to conclusion of service, Angel was professional, communicated very well, and displayed courtesy and respect. He thoroughly checked the dryer, diagnosed the reason why the dryer stopped heating, showed us the part (“flame sensor”--gas dryer sensor for igniter and flame) and explained clearly the part’s defective aspect, which we really appreciated. Angel efficiently replaced the flame sensor with a new one from his service vehicle’s supply. Finally, Angel shared straightforward, effective tips for extending our gas dryer's lifespan. Angel and Appliance Cowboys made the process easy and efficient.

The oven repair went smoothly thanks to the skill and professionalism of the technician, Maynard. Our dryer wasn’t working and we made an online requests. Appliance Cowboy sent Angel out the next day and he did a great job!! Angel was good at keeping us updated on his arrival. He did a very thorough job diagnosing issue, fixing issue, and vent cleaning. My dryer looks brand new again and so far it works well.
