Gabriel Torres from ARS was great to work with. He was on time, very communicative and performed clean work. I will definitely call him/ARS back for future needs and recommendations to others.

Walter came to my house on 3/4 and did an awesome job. The price was very fair and his work was VERY professional! Highly recommend this company and this professional!!! He replaced my outdoor faucet and main line on off valve.

The entire process was done in very thorough and professional manner. From our initial meeting/assessment and obtaining a honest quote from Donnie, to removal of the older units and complete installation by Enrique M. and his brother, each step was explained in a clear and concise manner. The team arrived on time, ensured the areas were protected, and constantly communicated as the work progressed. I will definitely be using ARS/Rescue Rooter for future services and will gladly recommend them to anyone for their plumbing needs.

I had 2 AC/Furnace units installed in my home little more than a month ago. Unfortunately there were some small problems after installation which is understandable. I made various calls to ARS and finally a few technicians showed up a day later and fixed that problem. I was fortunate to ask one of the technicians who I should contact in the future when there is a problem. He happily referred me to Brian Jinkins and provided the phone number. For some reasons I couldn’t get a detailed invoice after a few weeks of contracting the seller and other parties. I was very frustrated and decided to call Brian, I was very rude and very ugly to him but he continuously and calmly asked me to give him a chance to fix the problem. My rude answer was “send your technicians to disassemble and remove the units and return them to ARS”. Anyway, the next day, I thought I should give him a chance to fix and the problem and wow, within a few hours he delivered as promised. I had a few more small problems with one of unit and decided to call him today. Again he delivered as promised. Based on his responsibility and prompt actions I honestly think he should be promoted to President of the company.

We were impressed from the moment the lady answered our call. No gimmicks no pressure just honest hard work from the techs. Darrell Smith tried to do every thing he could for the lowest price possible. Claro Martinez came in and was confident in in his work and advise gave us many ideas to be proactive in what to do to keep our plumbing in good working order. This level of service is not a common thing in today's world. We will continue to work with ARS for our needs and do advise you do to.

Richard was helping me today for the tune up. I went to Home Depot to pick up something a few days ago. Saw a Labor Day promotion $29 for a HVAC tune up. The same day got calls from ARS to set up an appointment. Richard arrived on time and called me first when he was on site. Then he checked heating and cooling elements in the closet while educating me not to use the scammed washable airfilter that I recently installed thinking it just needed to wash. He told me the dirt does not get filled and will damage the unit. I also have a mesh placed on top of my A/C unit outside. He suggested only use it when it's winter time because the air needed to vent out and up better in the summer. He checked the host, pressure and took the top of the outside unit off to wash it with a garden water host throughly to get the dusk off the filter from 4 sides. As a result, it works better and not as hard. The whole process took an hr. Happy for the result. Will recommend Richard and ARS to others.

I had an excellent experience with this plumbing company. They were honest, professional, and very prompt from the first call through finishing the job. The plumbers clearly explained what was wrong, what my options were, and what the work would cost before they started, which helped me feel comfortable and informed. They paid close attention to detail, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure everything was working properly before they left. The guys were very friendly, respectful, and hardworking, and it shows that they take pride in their work. I truly appreciate their honesty and great service and would definitely call them again and recommend them to others.Hector and Vance and Kyle.

Had a non-blowing heater issue. They showed up fairly quick. Didn't take but 20 mins at the most to tell me the issue. And found out more details about the warranty on the unit. Very informative and courteous. The cost of the diagnostic visit was reasonable. I recommend them.

Horrible company that gives false advertisement of their finance options where you will get hit with a $1k charge a year later when you thought you signed up for auto payments interest free.

With my situation ARS tricked me for auto payments to start after the interest free pay period where you start off in dept and payment after a year later.

My fault for not monitoring the payments not being paid, but they have you set everything up at the beginning and tell you it’s all done until you get a collection bill a year later.

I never complain nor put comments down on any services but this is my very first in 47 years after I discovered today on 3/6/26 how ARS tricked me to get an extra $1k out of me.

Beware of what they tell you, what you sign, and don’t trust them. Monitor your bank account closely

ARS was the best call I made to take care of my sister's failed sewer pipes. Another company came and was double what ARS was. The whole time everyone with ARS was professional and I was always had my questions answered. Everything was done as told, and for the work was messy, the crew did thier best to keep it clean.

Aaron came to drain the hot water heater. He did a very great job. He even adjusted the temperature for me. He was a polite gentleman.

Mr. James was an excellent consultant. He verified my AC issue, showed it to me, and gave me multiple options for replacement. I have a friend who does AC work who lives out of state and I gave him a call to go over the proposal and according to my guy Mr. James couldn’t have been more accurate with the assessment and more reasonable with the offer. He was also very personable and friendly. I would definitely recommend ARS services but make sure to ask for Mr. James!

Adam was so nice and loved how thorough he was. ARS needs more technicians like Adam. He was so nice and helpful. He deserves more than 5 stars. Hes wife must be really proud to be married to him. He really cares about people. I'm elderly and he didn't get to take advantage of me and I felt really cared for. He took the time to get me financed when I thought I couldn't get approved. We need more people like Adam! Please send him next time i need anything with my ac and heater!

Chris did a fantastic job helping us with our new heater system. He was called and came immediately to talk specifics and ended up with a check! This isn’t easy with my husband either. I’m impressed with this company and will use them again for sure.

We are happy to have chosen ARS. Chris showed up the same day we requested an estimate, and he was organized, professional, and personable. He helped us make a decision that was best for our house and finances without any pressure. We felt he was honest and sincere - and worked to get us the best deal. We are very satisfied!

Tech Darieck came out and inspected my hvac system and gave me some great recommendations. Our system is only 3 years old but still gave me tips on how to maximize my unit. Will be looking into adding an air purifier based on his recommendation.

Kyle did a great job fixing our problem and sharing tips for future issues if we have them. Kind, considerate, and pleasant to speak with. We’d work with ARS again given this was our first experience

Kyle from ARS was great! He fixed our bathroom sink clog in the master where the two sinks were backed up into each other. He found that one of the pipes was broken and fixed that for us as well. Left the bathroom clean and tidy. He was also very sweet and friendly with our dog while he was here.

Lowe’s send the technician to my home to check the AC Unit that was installed April 9, 2025 and I called April 10, 2025 because this AC unit has problems to be removed. I asked the technician is he was going to test the unit,” he said that just how it is”. I took him to my attic and he did the same thing. JUST LOOKED at the unit. He advised me to have the person to install it to remove it. He showed no concern about my problems with this AC. Lowe’s has been running me around for months while I am unable to sleep. The technician lied about the test to be ran on the AC on the document see attach. I am a combat veteran and I paid a high price for this AC. I contacted Lowe’s. This is poor customer service for Soldiers. Please help!!!

I was disappointed in the fact that I was given a 4 hour window, then the tech was 2 hours later than the time given. I don’t blame tech, I blame ARS for not being realistic, and possibly not having enough staff on duty.

Once Hector Escobar got here he worked as fast and efficiently as possible. He was very clear on what he was doing and pricing. Also made arrangements for him and his supervisor to come back tomorrow to use a camara on the line, to check on further issues.

James and Adan were a great help in getting me taken care of with my ac issues and helping an old lady. Thanks to Mr. Keith they were able to fit it in a budget I can afford. ARS is the ONLY company if you want an outfit who cares. Thank you so much
