I have never experienced an AC company as ethical and efficient as this! We have had our AC issue reoccurred again for the 3rd time in the last year. Our home warranty had sent out other AC companies prior, but both just came and refilled the freon/refrigerant and called it a day. Elite Home Experts actually preformed a throughout investigation of the entire AC unit (indoor and outdoor) based on our issue. They were able to find and show evidence that our coils were rusted and the condenser was outdated and both needed replacement. We got approval through the home warranty and thought that it would be a long waiting game for everything to get done. But with the proficiency and communication skills of Elite, the equipment ordered by the home warranty was picked up by Elite ASAP and we were able to schedule the installation the very next day. Thanks so much Junior and Eduardo & team for your help. We look forward to working with you in the future! :)

Better if let me know the ETA as soon as possible. Junior was polite, respectful, organized, and neat (kept my house clean by wearing shoe covers). He also analyzed and articulated the solution based on my condition.

Great tech. He examined heating systems completely. Changed thermostat, found out that motherboard of heating equipment was not working, got it approved by insurance, will come back when components delivered to their office and will fix system in 4 days. What a wonder tech.

The two gentlemen from Elite Home Experts arrived at the approximate scheduled time…definitely a good start! They were professional, polite, and courteous as they assessed the air conditioning issues…provided information on next steps. The issue require a return visit, hopefully it is those guys who return; if not someone that can provide the same level of service creating a great customer experience!

I was extremely disappointed with the HVAC maintenance service. The price I was charged was nearly triple the average market rate for the same type of work.

There was no clear explanation for the inflated cost, and the service provided didn’t reflect the high price. It felt like price gouging.

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent service! Technicians were very polite! They knew what we needed done to get our system up and running without needing extra diagnostic time.

The guy that came was a scam and liar. He did nothing and collected $65. He took one look at the water leak and said this is not an air conditioning leak, it's a plumbing issue. He said I should issue him the check and he'll let Choice Warranty know that I paid already and there would be no need to pay again when the job is assigned to a plumbing company. Now Choice warranty said I should pay the plumbing company $65 again. I don't know why people can't be honest. Integrity matters.

Junior and his crew Gastavo and Adrienne were phenomenal. Worked through the night to get my new unit up and running. Came the next day to check on us and install the final pieces. Hard working crew! Will recommend them to friends and family.

a tech came in to diagnosis issue after submitting a claim through choice warranty. He took out several parts out of furnace in the attic and left everything open in attic. When i called him to come put it back, said he is busy now, will need to see when he has opening. I called the office, and they says they will send a tech for $80 service fee, for something what they should have done at the first place. Besides all that, he diagnosis the issue wrong, that I find out after I called my own HVAC tech.

Eduardo and team were excellent. From the beginning to the end. Found my heating system issue and walked me through the process. Very detailed oriented, professional and compassionate. I highly recommend Elite Home Experts services. Thanks.

The company is highway robbery dont deal with them ever in your life. I went thru a warranty company I’m thinking Elite would do an overall diagnostic for what is wrong with the AC. They came in fixed the condenser for one unit. Then I was told I needed a furnace for the same unit, hell if it’s keeping the AC running why not indicate that’s out as well during your so called diagnostic?I don’t have AC after the condenser install. So a new charge and new claim for furnace then I bought other techs in they indicated the refrigerant is very low. I was not told this by Elite that’s now an extra charge. On top of that Elite has a 4% charge to pay via card because it’s expected that most of us have 3k or up to 7k in our accounts to spend on the AC unit. I’m very bothered.

Writing this review to say, Mandy you should quit your day job. Customer service is not your strong suit and it shows. She blamed us for the technician not showing up and told us we had it wrong. We’ve used this home warranty service numerous times and never have we been given a false or random time slot. We confirmed with the home warranty company that it was the AC company’s error. And have the various emails to prove that the technician did not show up during his scheduled window. If you get dispatched these people, call and have new HVAC company ordered. They don’t show up and they have the audacity to treat clients with such utter disrespect when they’re called out for their mistake.

The great techs really know their stuff. Customer service was excellent, prices were cheap, and the whole experience was just great service from start to finish.

Eduardo and his assistant were on time and were very professional. They explained things very well. I feel confident with them replacing my systems.
I am now waiting for the crew to show up on Saturday 7/5/2025 to complete the installations.
