We highly recommend Air Rey for your Air conditioning needs. Luis was the sales representative who assisted us. He is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The process was very prompt and high quality. Highly recommend.

Everyone was wonderful! The guys were so nice and worked so efficiently. The air unit was fixed in a matter of hours. It works great.
I would recommend them. Great experience from start to finish. Luis was awesome. He came to the house after I got off work to accommodate my schedule. The day after our unit was installed, he came to check on everything.

I had an AC unit installed back in June 2023. My husband just passed away leaving me a single mother of 3 children. Being a single mother makes me an easy target to get taken advantage of by companies like this one.

I was in dire need of an AC unit and this company was recommended to me by word of mouth so I called them to schedule an appointment for the installation. I was notified that a crew was going to stop by in the morning but being a single mother I work 24/7 so I was not going to be able to stay home and supervise the installation. Crew member notified me that everything was going to be worked on from outside and they would not have to enter the house. I live in a trailer that had just been remodeled inside and out. Crew did not call me to notify that they would be removing and demolishing all the insulation that had been previously installed when we remodeled. After the installation was done crew called me to let me know everything went well and it’s ready to go as a professional company they claim to be I confided in them and left it at that.

Fast forward to September 2023 I had someone come do maintenance for skirting that needed to be replaced only to come find out the HUGE DISASTROUS MESS that awaited me. I was in complete utter shock and disbelief of how bad the destruction was. I immediately called them to let them know of the situation but was only met with disappointment.

It was a lot of back and fourth and empty promises. I kept calling MULTIPLE TIMES asking how could this be resolved and it was always the same thing we’ll have someone come out there to check it out and nothing. After calling so many times they finally let me know they would be sending someone out here to check it out. LIES! No one ever showed up just felt stupid waiting around missing a day of work just to be lied to.

Eventually we came to an agreement that they would pay for the expenses of all the materials needed to cover the damages and mess left behind. The estimated total to replace all damages was about $1.5k minus the labor. 1st they told me a check would be coming in the mail, waited about 2 weeks nothing. CALLED AGAIN, this time I was told someone would be stopping by to deliver the check in person. ONCE AGAIN missed another day of work just to feel stupid all over again just for another no call no show.

This company only cares about one thing and that is your money. They’ll be all nice to you in the beginning to get you into their scheme and once they get your money they forget about you. Please do not waste your time on this company. Air Rey is not worth the stress, carelessness and flat out nonexistent customer service. Till this day they have not contacted me to apologize or given me an actual resolution. Attached are the pictures of all the damages and mess I had to deal with because of their incompetence and lack of communication.

Also the auto response they send out whenever they receive a bad review just shows their lack of genuine customer service and empathy.

Love the quote they gave me out of 5 other people. It was in between but with the warranty and helpful tips made me. They also adjusted some air vent in the house eliminating the old one. I had everything replaced with new equipment and duct work.

The whole service and interaction from the very first call was great. Yair Pablo was very thorough and helpful explaining the entire process and the options to change my AC unit, and was quick to answer my questions. The tech crew that came to do the installation was very knowledgeable and hard workers. Overall a very positive experience.

Carlos was our sales representative he got us a great payment plan and stayed in contact with us thru out the whole process. Even after the install was done checked in with me about the ac and answered all the questions I had. I felt like it was my best friend doing the work for me. HVAC system purchase. Our salesman Omar was AMAZING!! Extremely knowledgable and very helpful. He recommended exactly what we needed and did not try to upsale just to make a buck! If you need an HVAC, he is your guy!!!

I WAS pleased with their service and installation of my new A/C unit that was installed 3/2021 until recently. Here’s a brief summary- I had the new unit moved to the side of the house, they installed new piping and everything so recently I’ve noticed that there is a lot of water that is just saturating where the water comes out the pipe. Apparently that water is seeping into my home since there’s no way the water is flowing or drying out. I’ve had 2 techs come out, the first one said it was fine, the second one said the inside drainage pipe should be changed to connect like it was initially that was connected to the restroom pipe. I’m not a happy customer at the moment supposedly someone was going to call me and never did. So here I was giving them time since maybe they are so busy. I called week later to follow
up on the status since nobody called me and spoke to Rachel and told me it was going to be a charge for them to fix the problem they caused. Why do I have to pay for their error. They are the experts, techs should thoroughly make sure the way they connected the pipes were correct. Rachel said she was going to direct my concern to upper management. I hope this time I do get a call from them. I really don’t think I should be charged anything since they are the ones who installed the new unit and moved the pipes.
This is a continuation on my review— I have left several messages for upper management to call me back and as of yet I haven’t received a call from them. I have also emailed them to email on their response to this review and have also had no response whatsoever. I have asked for a direct number to them and they say it’s office policy they can’t give that information, all they can do is leave a message with them and they will give it to them. I wish I would have known this about the company before dealing with them. I would not recommend this company to anyone if this is the way they handle their business. Beware!

Great service provided during finance process and instillation from Christobal Balderama. We now have a new fresh AC syatem after approx. 20 years. The company team took all old device and left area clean.
