I Recently had to change the entirety of my AC unit. I’m talking completely scrap both the outside and inside bits (example: vent screens, ac unit, outdoor parts, and the ac monitor since it was hanging onto dear life to my wall). My home is a trailer and this AC unit had its life extended plenty of times by my late father who was a maintenance worker at an apartment complex for 20+ years so now that he’s gone and I didn't receive any knowledge on what to do to this extremely old ac unit. I had to call some professionals. I left a voicemail after work hours but got a call back early the next day. Someone came to a review my ac set up the same week and walked me through the issues, finances, and many questions I had. After that initial meeting they were able to come in the following day and finished the entire job in a matter of hours. The workers were respectful, asking if they had permission to go into rooms while I was stuck on one side of the house tending to my 6 month old. Who by the way was able to sleep through the whole process because that’s how quickly and quietly this whole process was. I just had the final inspection today after having a few days alone with the new system and I couldn’t be more happy. My room used to receive the last bit of ac and struggle to cool off since it’s at the far end of the home and my vents separate before meeting again at my room, but now it cools down quickly and i no longer have to have to have it on for long periods of time. I am happy with the service provided by this hard working group. Service is a 10 out of 10.

Exceptional job done by our salesperson Omar Zambrano. Omar took his time and worked with us on our time to come when we had no AC at our home and came at the time he needed to and got us all fixed with a brand new AC system. I had an excellent experience with Air Rey - Everyone I talked to was courteous and professional throughout the entire process! They did a great job describing the problem with my A/C unit, and offered me a detailed description of the problem, as well as a variety of purchasing & financing options. The new unit was installed the same day and the crew was top notch! I would definitely recommend Air Rey to my friends and family!

We had our entire A/C unit replaced this past weekend. We had been very stressed because we knew how expensive it would be to do because we have a more complex zoned system. Victor and Omar did a phenomenal job in explaining the entire process and assisted us to get financing. They ALWAYS answered our calls and text. The installers were also amazing. They made sure that they protected our carpet, they picked up all the trash, they explained everything, and answered all of our questions.

I would of definitely of given the company 5 stars but there was an unfortunate situation that a promotions representative was careless and fell through the ceiling. Then the Manager made the situation worse.

However, I am not going to blame the other employees that worked hard to make our experience positive.

Was referred to this company from a friend they have good reviews, Installation completion was done same day our sales guy Juventino was attentive and professional even after the Installation, the only feedback will be having better financial options. Recommend it!

Christobal Balderrama helped us with the change of the ac unit with a quick and efficient installation. He gave us a better understanding and knowledge of how an ac should work and small things that need to be fix as long as giving us the best price with financing.

Super recommended Rodolfo Rosales helped me with the whole process for credit approval. He is patient, kind and explained
everything to me in detail. Don't hesitate and ask about it.

Rodolfo was great in explaining service and options for financing. He was always available for questions and very attentive to the service. AC techs worked Fast and provided great service.

I was very happy with everything Mariano De Anda explained. He was very detailed and patient on understanding with what I wanted. He worked with me on getting me a great deal. When the day came to the change out my ac system, the work was done just as Mariano said. Workers were professional and careful when removing my old system and installing my new system. They were very clean and didn’t leave any trash behind. I would highly recommend Mariano with Air Rey A/C to my family and friends.

If I can give a negative 1 star I would. We been having these issue since June 19. We had 3 technician come out and no one has called and contacted us regarding our home issues we been having. My wife been calling several time to get an update on what the problem and what going to be fix we ask to get a call back from a manager and no call back either. Now due to the issues we having it turning into mold issues and high humidity. All we are asking is for the job that they did to be corrected. As of today we were now told we have to pay 700 to fix the problem that they cause by doing incorrect work. Our house is a newly build and we added a second unit thru Air Rey to have a unit for upstairs and one for downstairs they failed the split upstairs and downstairs they have ducts from upstairs connected to the downstairs unit. They also added a return but it was incorrectly installed because it blows air through it. Now with that been said do yall think I have to pay 700 dollars for jobs that was not done correct from the beginning.

Luis Reyna, the Commercial Manager, was the sales representative who came to our home. He took the time to explain all our options in great detail to both me and my wife. He made sure we understood what would work best for our home and budget, and he clearly walked us through what to expect during the installation. Luis was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how involved he was in the installation and how great he was at communicating with us every step of the way.
I also want to give a big shoutout to the installation crew, especially their leader Jose. They were fast, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They completed the installation of both units quickly, with minimal disruption to our daily routine, and kept the work area clean the whole time.

In 2014 central air was installed before I purchased my house and in 2019 central air was installed and back in August of this year 2023 my central air went out again which makes this the third time our central air would have to be changed again my wife and I reached out to. Air Rey-Houston and we got set up with a appointment with Omar,Omar came to our house and looked at everything and checked everything and then sat down with my wife and myself and explained how everything was not installed correctly with the unit we had also explained to what needed to get done along with the changes that needed to be made. 2 weeks ago Omar got us taken care of and made we were satisfied 100% with each step that took place with removing all the duct and unit I am very comfortable, happy and satisfied with the new furnace and 4-ton outside unit I highly recommend Air Rey-Houston for central air repairs or replacement. You can see in the picture we had to much duct for the other furnace and the duct was to big in diameter and full of tape and caulking.
