When I contacted Air Rey I was very skeptical about how things were gonna go. Considering the fact that I needed things to be installed and running urgently they were able to get installation done within the day. They were also efficient in making sure there was minimal damage to the home considering the work that was going to be done. Once everything was done they let us know the information we would need in regards to the system as well as other things we would need to look at as this would be our first time having one. All in all from start to finish everyone that was sent were very hard working and everything finished without a hitch, so I do give them my thanks.

Omar was a great salesman, explained everything, and gave me a great deal. Would definitely recommend Omar. My installation had to be broken up into two days, and they finished really late in the evening, where I did not have an opportunity to get in the attic right away. After some time I got up there and they left a mess, so while sales was great the install crews were not.I would definitely no matter what time get a flashlight and go up there and look at everything. My unit is a 2 stage unit, they wired it as a 1 stage, i only noticed beca7se i purchased a separate thermostat and it pointed it out, they quickly came out and resolved that aspect. I'm trying to learn to make sure everything was hooked up correctly and have them come out and fixed anything that may have been missed

We had a great experience. Had Luis Miranda come out and he really helped us out to the extreme. The next day we had our AC installed the very next day and the crew did an amazing job. Very clean and satisfying.

Excellent company and excellent service! Yair came out same day, quoted us on a new unit and had it installed in less than 24 hours. The team was quick and professional. I hope to never have to call with an issue, but I know I’ll be taken care of if I have to!

They replaced both of my AC units today, and their service was absolutely outstanding. The team arrived promptly at 8 AM and worked tirelessly until 10 PM to ensure everything was perfect. They encountered an issue with our original wiring, but they refused to leave until both units were fully operational and cooling our home.
I was especially impressed by their professionalism and commitment, even spending half the day in the attic to get the job done right. The sales guy, Luis M, went above and beyond, driving all the way from Galveston to personally oversee the project and ensure everything was completed to the highest standard. I want to start by saying my unit was installed just two days ago, so my experience with the company is currently limited to the sales and installation process. That said, my experience has been excellent from start to finish.

I worked with Luis throughout the entire process, and getting to know him was truly a highlight. He was helpful, direct, punctual, and stayed in consistent communication every step of the way. He addressed all of my concerns honestly, answered my questions thoroughly, and always showed up when he said he would. His professionalism and transparency made the decision process much easier.

I had a 4-ton variable speed unit installed along with brand-new ductwork, a furnace, and new registers. The installation crew didn’t just arrive on time — they arrived early and immediately got to work. They were respectful of my home, kept the workspace clean, and delivered a high-quality installation.

Luis was present for much of the install, continuing to answer questions and explain what was happening throughout the process. At no point did I feel a lack of transparency.

So far, I’m very happy with both the service and the product I received. Luis made what can be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable, and I genuinely enjoyed getting to know him along the way. I would confidently recommend Air Rey to friends and family.

I had posted a bad review for services provided in recent years, but now in good conscience I have to retract that as they have come through this last time with flying colors. Not only were they courteous when working with our problem, but they were professional and thorough in seeking all the facts and honest when communicating them to us in order that a solution can be achieved.

Keri Danford did a fantastic job!
He changed out my defective thermostat and replaced it with a WiFi enhanced thermostat and assisted me with setting it up‼️

Along with that, he also checked my equipment in the attic.

Keri is very professional, respectful, helpful, and takes the time to answer questions!!!

He’s definitely a godsend and assures ALL is well prior to his departure, but also encourages you to call him if you have any questions / concerns.
