The Outstanding Experience I have had with my First Contact Logan after Logan I met with his team Esteban Cesar and Aquilino they were awesome. I would highly recommend them to any house 🏠 for the safety of preventative damage interior and exterior just looking the way they install it's so neat and organized and not sloppy it's like buying a brand new home with clean and neat fixtures. If only you can see how the team did inside and outside. I was soooo impressed really and I never thought 💭 to expect the unexpected. I'm giving Logan's Team a Commendation and I want the Team to be acknowledged even Derrick 1st close encounter of the 3rd Kind hehehe we didn't have to pay the $99.00 fee for inspecting our HVAC Unit. I was wanted to thank Keith for the Compromising of our deal I got a free shirt 👕plus I helped with their food drive. I was touched. Thank You Team ARS Rescue Rooter Of Texas !! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and 6 ⭐️ for the clean and neat installation. I'm ridiculously shocked and amazed. Our Air Con Broke and we thought we are going to be without Air Con for weeks but in a 24 hour Turn around It was back up and running. So you can imagine 89 degrees in the house and 94 degrees in the attic where they were working. My hospitality was indeed in their favor and I treated them as my guest and friends. So I served them lunch. Made sure they had ample water for hydration and made sure they were okay even though this is their job !! I made sure they were okay and safe. Thank You 🙏🏼 ARS for your outstanding team 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣5️⃣🍭🇺🇸 I also bought a heater who would thought right? Might as well go for both. It’s an investment it’s not Car 🚗 that depreciates lol. Kinda have to psych yourself about yeah it’s a chunk be then again the Longevity part of it and it’s made in USA 🇺🇸 can’t go wrong 😑.

The technician Andrew came out in timely manner. Very respectable of property, with explaining what the issue can be. After inspection and choosing an option, everything worked out just fine. Gave recommendations on other maintenance/repairs with no hassle. Issue was 20yrs of grease/soap scum inside the line from kitchen sink only. All done quickly and efficiently. Will use again or recommend for others. Picture is of return valve under the sink.

So, I had to call in an AC company here in Houston, Texas, and man, am I glad I did! From the get-go, they were super friendly and quick to respond. Shoutout to Robert, the AC tech, who totally saved the day by fixing my busted coil. Now, my place is chill again, and I couldn't be happier. Plus, their prices were totally reasonable. If you're in need of AC help, these guys are the real deal!

Called in on a Sunday and Eduardo was able to come out and resolve my issue quickly and effectively. Explained the problems throughly and gave me options for repairs, prices were fair. Definitely would use this company again!

Junior was our technician. We are pleased with his professionalism. He shared valuable information with us so we could make a informed decision regarding our HVAC repair elements.

I was quoted 17,500 for a new unit when I only needed a compressor. This company said it was no longer made or on stock and would need a new unit. Turns out, the compressor is in stock and still covered by the manufacturer so all I need is to replace the part and NOT by a new unit. I called elite for the diagnostic report and never got it either.

Very friendly technicians. However it is not cooling what it is suppose to.
the a/c is running and waiting to see it is cooling down within 24 hours per technician otherwise I have to call him back. Hopefully it will cool down today. Thanks
