Al came out and fixed my dryer same day for much cheaper than the cost of a new dryer. Will use again for any other appliance repairs!

Al was sent to our property to fix the mess resulting from my ill-conceived DIY plan I concocted from watching a YouTube tutorial and delusions of engineering prowess. After I bravely (or foolishly) attempted to replace the washing machine’s rubber gasket, I quickly realized that putting the whole thing back together was beyond my newfound ‘expertise.’ Enter Al, the repair guy with the patience of a saint. He managed to restore both my washer and my dignity in record time, all while pretending not to notice the heap of screws I had leftover. Thanks to Al, my washer is running smoothly again, and I’ve officially retired from appliance surgery. Highly recommend!

I called MegaFix after obtaining their name and seeing the review on Angie's list. I had a problem with my Samsung Smart refrigerator's ice maker. It was freezing over and not making ice.

I set up the repair date. The technician could not pull out the ice maker tray and cover without fear of breaking it as it was stuck frozen. The person taking the call forgot to tell me to unplug the refrigerator overnight but I admit that I should've been thinking about that as well. He came back out the following day and I already had the replacement part in hand from having ordered it some months ago. He made the repair and I finally have ice again.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone they charged me a 100.00 bucks to send a technician by the name Edward out to diagnose my Samsung washer he explains to what the problem is without even doing a trial run on the machine to even see what it was doing saying that he's been doing the job for so many years and he's sure that what he's suggesting will solve the issues... after agreeing on letting him do the job he have the parts ordered and returned a couple of weeks later put the parts on and the machine is doing the exact same thing it was doing before him installing the new parts....Now they're trying to charge me more money to fix what he now thinks the problem may be.....My thing is it's not my fault that Edward misdiagnosed the machine if he would have told me that it was going to be more than what I agreed to pay I never would have agreed on the first price they gave me....

The repairman was prompt in showing up on time; very cordial in gaining understanding the problem; diagnosed the issues and made quick, cost effective repairs. I am very satisfied with his work and will recommend him to others. If we have another problem with our appliances, I will call MegaFix

My Samsung dryer was running, but stopped heating. I did some research and called MegaFix. What really impressed me from the start was I went ahead and left a message via their website on Sunday. I made a mental note to call them on Monday because a lot of businesses have such a form, but then don't read the messages. I was pleasantly surprised that they called me back that night! They were able to get someone out on Monday.

Al came out to fix the heating element. He was on time, quoted me a fair price and had the needed part. He also was able to flip the dryer door so it would open the right direction. Dryer works great and I will definitely call MegaFix next time I need a repair--it's usually a lot cheaper to do the repair than having to buy a whole new appliance.
