They came out on a Saturday within a couple hours of my call to repair my fridge. Service fee was $65 but applied toward repair work. Al ordered the part but also got my fridge working in the interim until the new thermostat came in. Great, timely service. He showed up to exactly when they said both times (instead of me having to wait all day with no communication like the other company I tried.) Al also took a look at my washing machine while he was there and offered some practical advice. Highly recommend!
