Absolutely terrible experience. They do not keep appointments, make excuses, and fail to communicate when rescheduling. I’ve been waiting over 3 weeks for a simple dryer repair part to be replaced. Every time I follow up, I get excuses and no clear timeline. This is what you get for an extended warranty when purchasing appliances at Lowe’s — unprofessional, slow, and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone needing reliable appliance repair.

I called to schedule a service appointment for a fridge repair here in Bryan/College Station. They were out here the next day and the communication was great. $89 service fee that gets applied to repairs was an easy yes for the quality care I received.

Steve knew exactly what the problem was with my 18 month old Samsung and will hopefully be back next week with parts to fix it.
