Today Andrew from All Pro Repair came out to take a look at my freezer that wasn’t cooling enough, I can’t say enough how much this Company really went all out to help me and explained very thoroughly about the repair. He said if I were to repair it, they would’ve cost more than what the freezer would cost to buy a new one And would not worth it to fix it. Very honest, friendly and courteous. I was alerted to arrival time. The technician,Andrew was prompt and efficient informing me of each service and solutions. He advised me of two possibilities to restore my ice maker’s ability to make ice and how long it would take. I would definitely recommend Andrew and his company allow repair.

My washer stopped working and Steve Slaton Appliance was recommended. I called on Thursday, spoke with Amanda and she was able to send Matthew out the next day between 11-1. Matthew arrived at 11:25 and had my washer up and running by noon. Very professional, explained what he was doing and ran several tests to be sure it was good to go. From start to finish, everything was great- highly recommend!
