Huge fan of the Steve Slaton repair team - They repaired our dish washer and did dryer maintenance/cleaning. This company is LOCAL too.
The team answering the phone were nice, respectful and quick to help. Got a tech out to our house around our schedule and quickly.
Robbie was our technician - Very knowledgeable, knew our issue immediately, talked us through what could have gone wrong/caused the issue. Very punctual and respectful. 20+ years as an appliance technician.
Hope I don’t have to call them again soon but they will absolutely be our first call if we have any other issues.

Working with this Steve Slaton Appliance Repair is a pleasure. From initial contact for scheduling to the arrival of the technician communication is excellent and friendly.
James texted that he was running ahead of schedule and wanted to know if an earlier arrival time would work. James worked efficiently and explained the issues and how he resolved each. I had a dryer that wasn’t heating which was caused by the outlet. He passed on a recommendation of an electrician. My refrigerator had a clogged line which caused the leak - which he cleared. Everything was kept clean -no mess left behind.
I have worked with James for a number of years, beginning when he was All Katy Service. When he joined Steve Slaton Appliance Repair I request him to be our service person.

Steve did a great job when I first called him to explain the issue I had with my cooktop. This was an old GE cooktop and replacement parts are hard to find. Steve found the part and Matthew came to the house to fix. Outstanding job by Matthew when he came to the house to perform repairs. making sure the glass on the cooktop was not damaged while disassembling. Unfortunately we realized we needed a second replacement part. Matthew did not give up until he found it online and 5 days later the cooktop was fixed. Thank you guys for your patience and dedication.

We always call these guys and have never been disappointed. My wife dropped a dish scrub brush and broke our disposal. David Nickle showed up and tried to fix it but had to replace it. He was efficient and hoot!

Everything went great. Dishwasher upper rack broke and I got an appointment on the same day I called. James did a very quick job of identifying the problem and finding exactly what was needed to fix it. Looked brand new.

My washing machine was not draining. John Ikner with Steve Slaton appliance repair came promptly and fixed it quite quickly. He was very polite and easy to work with. Will definitely use him again.

My built in microwave went out and I needed it repaired soon. I left a message which was responded to promptly and I had an appointment the next day. The service technician was early and diagnosed and repaired the problem promptly and I was back in business. The service technician was knowledgeable, polite and clearly experienced. I have been using them for few years. My oven was not working properly. They send Mr. David Nickle, who is very professional and extreamly polite. He finished his work in less then 20min. No mess. Reasonable price, Highly recomend them.

David was excellent. He was ahead of schedule and notified me that he was available to come early if I'd like, and that worked out perfectly for me. He was professional, honest, and even found and fixed a manufacture defect that came with my dryer. James has been absolutely wonderful in diagnosing, ordering parts and repairing a microwave that is part of a not-very- old suite of appliances with a unique finish that is no longer available.

He has saved us form having to buy a new microwave/convection oven that would look totally out-of-place.

He has been extremely professional and communicated regularly throughout the process, which we greatly appreciate as well.
