We have used Mr appliance over the last several years for all of our needs. We've also sent him to take care of customers of our own. He is always giving us a reasonable price and arrived promptly. Thank you so much!

On time, very knowledgeable and respectful. Came into our home with this presence of everything gonna be alright. Work was amazing and he had an answer for all my questions. Gonna be using them till the end. Also my refrigerator says hi and thank you.

We used Mr. Appliance to fix one of our ovens. It was not the typical request I guess because it is a specialty oven. They charged us $1500 to fix it. It still did not work (only half of it would heat up). They came back and tried to charge a $125 diagnostic fee after they took one of the parts to our oven for 2 weeks with no contact. They called and told me that the part was discontinued and they could not fix the oven, and if I wanted my part back I would need to pay the $125 diagnostic fee even though they did no additional work and had no way to even attempt to fix it! I told them we already paid $1500 for an oven that you did not fix! Do we really have to pay another $125 to get our part back and be out over $1600 to be back where we started with a broken appliance? Eventually, they waived the additional fee and did bring back the part. I will never recommend them to anyone. They hardly answered the phone after the first $1500 was paid to them. What a scam!

The technician saw the issue, said that it was an easy fix. In under five minutes, an estimate of $350. Of course you have to pay the visit fee of $96.34(this is with taxes). Easy money for the company. Save your hard earned money and choose another company.

Prompt and professional. They have fixed my microwave installation done by other service provider, now my microwave is installed perfectly over the range, not shaky or droopy anymore. Wish I had contacted them to install my over the range microwave in the first place.

Mr. Appliance has always provided good service, which is important when you're a landlord dealing with rental property issues. My recent experience with a stove malfunction at my townhome highlights why I continue to use them. My tenant had a kitchen emergency, and Paul, the owner, was able to work with her schedule. The initial appointment had to be rescheduled due to some electrical issues (because, well, things happen). But when we were ready to reschedule, Paul was accommodating. He arrived after hours, called me promptly to let me know he was on his way, and quickly diagnosed the problem. Within 30 minutes, he’d identified the issue, explained it clearly, and provided a cost estimate. He ordered the part, returned the next day, and the installation was pretty quick – about 20 minutes. Efficient, responsive service is definitely valuable, and I recommend this Mr. Appliance location to other landlords or homeowners.

I am extremely pleased with work provided by Mr. Appliance of Katy. We had a problem with our Zephyr Range hood and our service tech Antonio took care of it. He was extremely professional, polite and helpful.
We needed our dryer vents to be cleaned. Paul, the owner came right away and did the work. He was thorough, clean, neat in the cleaning of the vent and we are extremely thrilled and satisfied with the work provided.

I cannot say enough good things about Paul and Mr Appliance in Katy. Great communication, honest, hard working and trustworthy. They accommodated coming for the repair around my weird work schedule and showed up on time and got the work done fast and efficiently. I would 1000% recommend them and would not hesitate in calling them again for another issues if it were to arise.

Paul was very honest in helping us decide if we should move forward with a repair or replacement. He has been wonderful in helping my elderly parents with their repairs as well…very kind and patient!

The service guy was efficient knew what he was doing. He had my range door put back on in minutes and had my quote for the rest of my repairs in no time at all. He explained what i would need and how much it cost. He was polite and very knowledgeable.
