Had him come out in August to repair my dishwasher and due to Covid he claims he can’t find the part to repair it. He has never once reached back out to me telling me the status or done anything to help resolve my issues but he sure did take my money. All communication has had to come from my side. I have only used him in the pass and was very pleased but this experience is unacceptable. To go from August to November still with a broken dishwasher and no repair in the future and not even an apology.

My 3 years old LG washer stopped working. called James, left a message. Texted me back within 10 mins. He knows the appliance very well, knows what's going on and told me he has the parts. Showed on time, brought the parts and fixed the washer. Thank you so much!

We called about a refrigerator repair. The guy mentioned that he had experience with my brand refrigerator and would come out in a couple of days to inspect it. The fee for inspection would be $60, but would go toward the repair if we decide to use his services.

When he arrived, all he did was listen to it, and tell me the compressor seemed to be running, but it’s not cooling. I asked what it could be and he said it could be multiple things... that’s it. Instead of doing any work on the appliance, or any internal inspection, he gave me someone else’s number that might be able to do the repair. He still charged me for the “inspection”.

This is a scam. If you don’t know how to fix a refrigerator, you could have simply given me the number of that someone else you know, over the phone, and not charge me for an inspection. I called the second number and the second business/guy said he would have to come out for an inspection too for $80. I didn’t bother pursuing.

James is simply amazing. He does wonderful and quick work. He’s extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and timely. He’s our go-to guy when any of our appliances are acting up!

Jim saved our Christmas by fixing our refrigerator during the holidays. Was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and told us exactly what to do to totally defrost it before he arrived. Did a wonderful job. Highly recommend him

James, the owner of the company has been out to my home twice. Once last year to fix my stove and today to fix my washer . I was told The issues with my stove could not be fixed and needed to buy a new stove by a different appliance repair company . I refused to believe this because it was only 4 years old . I found all Katy service appliance on google and decided to give one final attempt to fix the stove . He came in messed with the stove a bit and knew exactly what the problem was . He ordered the part and was back to fix it in 2 days . Today I called him because my washer would not spin ( today is a Sunday ) . He asked me to explain what it was doing . He knew what was wrong before even coming based on what I explained . Even though it Was a Sunday ( he is closed on Sunday ) , He still came to my home and fixed the problem . He is very professional , knowledgeable , and fair with his prices . I will only use him to fix all of my appliance issues from here on out . I would highly recommend him .

James is nothing short of a TOP NOTCH tech! He goes the extra mile. He's always on time in addition to maintaining full communication throughout the process. (James had to special order a specific tool to complete microwave door repair for me) KUDOS James!!

James came into my house and took time to listen to the problem I was having with my freezer. We had frost build up because the seal around the freezer wasn’t fully closed. First, he showed me that I wasn’t opening the freezer pull-out door completely which caused a built up of ice and made the door only open 2/3 of the way. That caused us to miss the things that had fallen at the bottom of the freezer which then obstructed the freezer door from completely closing. James was quick to find the problem and he was honest to tell me it was just a simple fix of removing the fallen objects. He just charged me for the service fee and I’m thankful he didn’t charge me for anything else.

I was totally oblivious about my dryer hook up. Apparently, it's gas dryer and I only have electric in the laundry room. After we stopped laughing, James simply shook my hand and said, "let me know if I can ever help in the future." No charge. I truly appreciate his kindness. I definitely will call on him in the future for any appliance repair needs. Thanks James...that was simply so kind!

Awesome Service! I am so grateful for the service that I received from James at All Katy Service. He was sick the first call that I made and I am so glad that I tried again to reach him! I had 2 issues: #1 - my refrigerator would not dispense ice. My problem was that I had the temperature too low and the motor had frozen over. #2 - the burners on my stove would not light! Another great fix! I was so worried that I would have to spend lots of money; but All Katy Service had fixes for both of them, plus he was very reasonable! I am so glad that I waited for him to get well! I recommend All Katy Service to anyone who has appliance problems!
