We had an excellent experience with James, who repaired our oven, and I can’t say enough good things about his service. From the moment he arrived, James was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain what was wrong, walked us through the repair process, and answered all of our questions with patience and clarity.

James worked efficiently, was very thorough, and made sure everything was functioning perfectly before he left. It’s rare to find a service technician who combines technical expertise with such a friendly, respectful attitude. He treated our home with care and left the workspace clean and tidy.

Thanks to James, our oven is working beautifully again. If you’re lucky enough to have him as your service tech, you’re in great hands. Truly top-notch service—we highly recommend him!

This was the first time I used Steve Slaton Appliance Repair. I am super impressed. David came in and looked at my washing machine and quickly assessed what the problem was. He told me exactly what he thought it would cost and told me exactly when he thought he could come back and fix it. He was efficient, communicative, neat and very friendly. After a terrible service experience with "another company", I was extremely pleased with the customer service I received from James at Steve Slaton Appliance Repair.

He was pleasant, professional, and took the time to listen to my concerns. He ran a system diagnostic on my Maytag washer and determined that it needed new shocks. We scheduled an appointment for the repair, and he arrived on time with the part in hand. The repair took less time than I expected, and my washer is working perfectly again!
I would highly recommend!

James did a terrific job diagnosing the problem with our 15 year old Samsung gas dryer. He had airflow and temperature sensors which proved there was an airflow obstruction and suspected it was most likely the outflow duct of the house. I paid anyway to have him disassemble the dryer and vacuum out the ducts just to be sure and sure enough there was no airflow blockage inside the dryer. He also replaced a guide wheel that was cracked. I called the building supervisor for our house (this is a 2-month old house) who immediately suspected that the roofers had left a chicken wire bird block on top that has now plugged up with lint. Today the roofers came and removed the bird block, which had a thick mat of lint on it (see photo).

Received an appointment immediately which was great considering I called during the holidays. Arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. At all times, I was kept informed of arrival times, status of ordered part. The part was installed quickly and everything kept tidy despite needing to disassemble the fridge/freezer. Both gentlemen were very courteous and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this business and will use them again.

Please never do business with this place. They are not professional at all. They told me that the window for the repair guys was between 9am-1pm, 1pm pasted and no sign or call. I had to call the office and then the technician called me and told he would be late and I understood. The repair guy called me at 5:07 and told me that he was 30minutes away and I told him I would be 5 minutes late. I got to my house five minutes late and no one is there. I call the repair guy twice and goes straight to voicemail. I called the company and they answered and told they would have the guy call me and he did told me that he waited 5 minutes and left because he had other calls and couldn’t wait 5 minutes when I waited 4hrs and half for him. I called the company twice after I talked to the repairman and no one answered. Horrible service. I would give them 0 stars if possible. The name of the repair man was John.

We have used Mr. Appliance on a few occasions over the years. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and have always been able to diagnose our problem(s) quickly and provide solution quickly and at an affordable price. They have also provided useful information on other appliances that we have but with which we have had no issues.

IF you don't like listening to a robot or recording and want straight forward integrity from the owner himself & not a untrained answering service,,, Then you need to call Mr in APPLIANCE ! He does what he says and his pricing is reasonable and Affordable! I suggest that you put him in your contacts because, sooner or later, you'll need a reliable honest appliance repairman!

Jay came out and he was super knowledgeable and fixed the issue with the refrigerator. He gave me instructions to follow and made sure I understood everything.

We had a window of 8-12 and with other services, we expect them after 12. Our repairman was at our door at 8:15!!! He was dressed professionally and made sure to mask up and social distance as much as possible. We needed our dryer fixed. He was so nice and made sure to explain everything he could to me so that I understood what to do next time the problem arises. Super awesome services!

Great and fast service. They explained what was going on with my clogged dishwasher. The gave me a time frame of 4 hours of when they would come i just wish they called me before arriving

These guys provided were an amazing solution to my mother-in-law who was having repeat issues with her washer / dryer. They were quick, super friendly, and took care of her issue for good! A++ service!!

I have used Mr. Appliance for years now on my rental properties. Paul is quick to respond and I get same day or next day service. He will be my forever go to guy! And the techs do amazing jobs and great customer service!

Had a microwave die at my rental home. Called and talked to Paul on Saturday afternoon and he had someone come out this morning and everything was taken care of. We had Mr. Appliance help us a few times a couple yrs ago and as usual we got prompt service and fair prices. A+++

These guys are clean, professional, and I will continue to use them for all of my appliance repair needs. They do charge for a quote, but it is absorbed by the repair costs if you decide to use them.
The arrived on time, checked the problem, and quoted me what the repair would cost.
They ordered the necessary parts and once received (the next day) they completed all the repairs and cleaned up after themselves.

We were really happy with their quick service, although we had a bit of a payment hiccup. But they were so understanding and even came back later to accept cash. We appreciate their kindness and dedication to great customer service!
