We use this company many times throughout the years. Great service and great technicians. David Nickle has been to our home a few times and knows the ins and outs of appliances and has always provided great service.

This was the 2nd time James was here to repair my aged washing machine. The first time to replace a belt, and the next time to replace a pump. He always knows exactly what's wrong, and takes care of it so quickly! It helps so much to have reasonably priced repairs so I don't need to get a new machine. I plan to always ask for him for any appliance repair I need!

Great service. David our technician arrived early and completed the necessary repairs on our dryer in a fast, efficient and professional manner! He was friendly and personable-did a great job! Very satisfied with the company on the whole. Pricing was reasonable as well.

Steve Slaton Appliance Repair is top notch. They show up on time, are quick to analyze the issue and make a repair. I have used them a number of times and extremely happy with their work every time.

6 months ago our 4 year old Samsung refrigerator lights, ice and water etc stopped working. James came out and quickly identified that the motherboard or similar component needed replacement which cost around $400. He ordered the part and the next day replaced it. Everything worked fine. James was quick, efficient and very knowledgeable.

Unfortunately 7 months later the same problem occurred again. James came back out again and had to again replace the part. He told me that Samsung only has a 60 or 90 day warranty on parts but that he would contact them to see how to get the part covered by them. The next morning he replaced the part with no charge as they were able to get it covered under the warranty.

James provided Outstanding service today He was on time and diagnosed the issue with my dryer efficiently, cleaned it out and resolved my problem. He also gave me a quote on a repair that I may need down the line. Nope pressure sales, just efficient service. Thank you James

Steve Slaton Appliance Repair came out today to fix our dryer in the Cinco Ranch area. Jacob arrived on time, was professional and knowledgeable, and clearly knew his stuff. We’re very happy with the great service and would highly recommend them.

I do not write many reviews but Steve Slaton appliance repair deserves praise from my family. Anyone with kids knows when you can’t do laundry, it will pile up quickly. When I called to schedule a repair I was not expecting availability the same day to diagnose the issue, but Steve Slaton appliance was quick to offer same day service. When Brandon arrived he easily diagnosed our issue but did not have the part needed to make the repair. Steve’s team was able to overnight the part and thanks to a late Friday evening stop by a fantastic technician our machine was fixed. Thank you Steve Slaton, but most of all thank you Brandon for going out of your way to help us out. Would recommend your service to anyone needing appliance service.

I’ll recommend Steve Slaton appliance repair. They were referred to be by someone else. I used them for refrigerator repair on our rental property. They are professional and reasonably priced. The issue wasn’t resolved fully in the first visit and they addressed it promptly without any additional charges

Another great experience with Slaton Appliance... Matthew was our service rep this time and he was just as good as Steve and the others : called to troubleshoot the washing machine over the phone before hand, ordered a part, came out to check in person and decided to wait one more week to be sure, ended up diagnosing the refrigerator and ordering another part, then came out again and fixed both! We always trust them and they always do good work. Thank you guys!

Dryer stopped working on a Sunday morning. I left a message and was called immediately on Monday morning and was able to schedule in a very timely manner. Brooke was very helpful, professional, friendly and provided thorough information about cost and what to expect upfront.

The repair tech, James was professional, knowledgeable and quick to diagnose and repair the issue on my Whirlpool dryer. His arrival was within the stated 2 -hour window and I received a text with a heads up as he was on his way.

I've used Steve Slaton Appliance Repair for the past 16 years and I always have had excellent experience. This time was no different for a leaking dishwasher and a stovetop igniter that was clicking which David diagnosed & repaired for us over the holidays. Their techs like David along with the owner, Steve, have always been extremely knowledgeable, honest and professional and their pricing is also very reasonable and fair. Repeat Customer - and still HIGHLY recommend!

Got the referral today to have our dryer maintenance done. Got an appointment window today & Matthew called & arrived early, at our convenience. He was professional & friendly, did a great job checking & cleaning every dryer part & gave us a detailed report. Now it’ll be safe & function efficiently. We plan to do this every 3-5 years as he suggested.

James came to my house and was great! We had an issue with our stove top and he checked everything out. He was very informative and answered all the questions we had. We will definitely use them in the future for any repairs and recommend you give them a try if you need any repairs.

As usual, Steve Slaton comes through to save my wallet. James came by the same day to take a look at a squeaky dryer. Not only did he immediately have the part on hand but within 30 min my dryer was disassembled, cleaned throughly, fixed with a new part, AND maintained by ensuring other parts were sanded free of rust and renewed. This fix was 1/5th the cost of a new dryer. I've used this company many times over the course of nearly 20 years, and continue to do so because of the honesty and integrity of the people. They also honor their work with a one year warranty

I found this business on Nextdoor. Called then he came on next day! 170 plus tax think I paid 184$ .Repaired my LG refrigerator leaking water from bottom.!
He did fantastic job. Very detailed and told me have guaranteed for a year! This is the business we need in Katy!
