Just had James look at my dishwasher, came with the parts at the appointed time, but found that there was more issues and advise I replace it. He only charge me a service call and not the quote he first gave me. Very Honest. Thanks. Keep his number in you phone, totally worthy.

James was a referral from my normal repairman that did not fix microwaves.

I called James and left a message, and he promptly returned my call, and asked me to describe the issue and asked me to send him a photo and my information to start a work order.

I sent him a photo and a text with my address, and he shortly replied and advised that the parts for the repair would outweigh the purchase cost of a new microwave, and advised that a new one would be my best bet. You don't find this kind of integrity and honesty in the world anymore.

James is concise, professional and polite. I would recommend him to anyone with ZERO hesitation!

We had an issue with our over the range GE microwave, so I called James late Thursday afternoon. Based on my brief description of the issue, he immediately knew what the solution was, and I was able to make an appoint for the next day. He called 10 minutes prior to arrival and was at our home right on time. He was very professional and worked efficiently. He clearly described the issue again, let us know how much the parts and labor would costs, and had our problem solved within minutes. They came out to fix the repair within a day. Started to have problems again three weeks later and kept playing around when they can come out and look at it. Dealt with them for a full month and never came out to check their work.

Had a top notch experience using this compay for my appliance repair . The ability for them to schedule around my needs was the first plus. Technician gave me a hour call ahead to let me know they were in route. The problem was diagnosed properly . The parts and service for repair were reasonable. We were showed the parts cost before we agreed to anything and we were given a 1 year warranty . Thanks to all involved who made this repair go smoothly.

Blown off 2 days in a row. Left work early for a 3-5 window today and followed up hourly and was told they were coming. Call at 7:30 to reschedule a 3rd time.. NO THANKS

Mike came out this morning to fix our Thor range. He was so knowledge and friendly. The company went above and beyond, contacting Thor on my behalf (w/out me asking), and getting the piece I needed after I had been waiting over two weeks. I highly recommend them!

I had a Samsung qualified technician from another shop, (this is apparently a problem as some shops do not have people who can work on Samsung cooling systems) come out and do a full diagnostic on our refrigerator. He informed us that our refrigerator had a small freon leak. Move forward to my calling this shop. I called to ask about just a freon leak repair and recharge. The person who answered was very rushed when speaking to me and said I will not give you a price unless I charge you $85.00 for a service call. I tried to explain we already knew the problem. He started to speak over me to tell me he wouldn't quote me without a service call. Not professional from just the phone call, I would reasonably suspect that the service or repairs visit would be just as unprofessional.

I was pretty upset that my 3-yr old LG refrigerator stopped cooling. Called LG and it was under warranty so Star Services Tech took it from there. They had the parts sent to our house directly and asked to call them when they arrived. I did call at about 11am and within the hour they where on site working on the fix. The tech that came out was very professional, knew what he was doing, had all the tools and had us up and running in about 1.5hrs.
Very pleased with the service!!!!
