Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Almost 7 weeks to finally get my refrigerator working. First visit techs asked me for MY OWN TOWELS to suck up water THEY melted from the equipment. They took the refrigerator apart, said a part was bad and left 6-7 pieces scattered across my garage waiting for WEEKS until they came back. Once they had sucked over 350 dollars out of me to troubleshoot and “order” a part..:they refused to work with my work schedule and ignorantly asked me to “respect thier techs 8-5pm M-F schedules …. Over 650 dollars later they sent the TRAINEE alone to install the part. Then HARASSED me about payment claiming I had “drawn managements attention for not paying on time” MIND YOU THIS WAS Sent through text…still have yet to see and email link to pay… this company has ZERO customer service.

I booked an appointment online for a shaking washing machine during the spin cycle. The repair technician arrived the next day to assess the issue and diagnosed it as needing new suspension. While the technician was friendly and nice, I was shocked when he returned with a repair quote of $464 after tax, considering a brand-new washing machine costs just over $500. I told the technician it didn't make sense to repair it, given its 4-year age. I paid the $125 diagnostic fee and declined the service. Instead, I went online, found the necessary parts and instructions, and completed the repair myself for $50 and an hour of my time. Buyer beware. Feel free to reach out me regarding my review.

This was our first time using Mr. Appliance, it was a great experience. Service repairman, Garrett Wood was very professional, explained the issue and cleaned up after the repair. We would definitely recommend and use Mr. Appliance again.

These guys are SCAMMERS, STAY AWAY! My tenant hired them to fix the dishwasher at my rental house, they charged $400 the first time only for it to break again a week later, and then they charged me $300 the second time to fix it again only for it to break yet again the following week. Lo and behold they did refund the $300 but not the original $400. So, it cost $400 to pay these thieves only to get the same broken dishwasher. I ended up ordering a brand new one from Costco better brand and model and with taxes, delivery, installation, and haul-away (yes, all included from Costco), it came to $600, with a delivery in 4 business days. This is what I should have done in the first place! Save your money and buy a new one from Costco, these guys are incompetent and are thieves. Don't give them your money and you can thank me later!
