Vusal is a very respectful and efficient in his job. He explained what he was doing and what was done. I will surely recommend him to my friends if they need help with their refrigerators.

Quick response and no real wait for service. Problem identified and resolved. But no receipt offered or communication of what exactly was done, only cash payment initially requested with no electronic pay option. Provider attitude was grumpy and not very accommodating. It was clear he wanted to get the job done as quickly as possible.

Orkhan provided exceptional service and got our LG dryer working again. He made sure the job was complete and that we were satisfied with the repair. I highly recommend Orkhan and Kaspi LLC.

It’s my second time using them and and Mr Vusal he’s is the one always come to my house trust wordy guy I never think about it twice to call them highly recommended he always very good job nice and clean .

Avoid. Service was fast, called on a Sunday, first visit was Monday. That was about the best part of it.

The tech was fairly rude and insistent on cash payment. Promised me that the machine would be good as new if they replaced the motor to get me to agree to service. Waited until he was done with the service to tell me that there will be no warranty because a different previously undiscovered issue and then insisted I give cash to his friend who came because the job was "dangerous" or charge me an additional $50 from what we agreed upon.

I called early in the morning to see if someone could fix our oven that wasn't heating. The guy who answered said that a technician would be here between 3 and 4 pm. At 4pm no one had arrived so I called back. He told me someone was on the way.

The guy arrived at 4:30. Fine. I was not home at the time. The service call fee is 75$

The guy charged us 425$ to fix the oven burner and fix a valve because we could smell gas every time we turned on the oven..

I think 425$ is excessive!!!! The guy was in such a bad mood. I could hear him huffing and puffing in the kitchen when I arrived. He yelled for someone to come look because he was done. He didn't tell me what he fixed , I had to ask him what did you fix. I asked him for a receipt and he walked put the door. Then he started honking his horn for us to come out and get the receipt. Unbelievable.

This had to be the rudest technician that I have ever encountered!!!!

Im sure he robbed us blind because he had to come here on a Saturday afternoon a d he was pissed.

The oven is heating as of last night..

Holy ripped off.

received the best service I’ve ever had. It was my first time getting my refrigerator serviced, and I haven’t had any issues since. I also had my washing machine serviced recently, and once again, the quality was excellent. The service was prompt, reliable, and reasonably priced compared to other providers. I highly recommend them—you won’t be disappointed!

Responded quickly but tech didn’t seem to speak English well so there were some communication issues. He didn’t give us a quote just went ahead and replaced the part and charged us $500. Looking into the part he replaced it should not have cost that much. He left without giving any contact information.

The technician did great work for us. Our GE refrigerator broke and he came to fix it perfectly very quickly. Thanks!

When a refrigerator isn't working it's very stressful especially on the weekend but they had great reviews & could come the same day. Emil identified the problem, had the part & was able to fix my refrigerator same day.

I recently moved into my home & my washer was shaking violently in the spin cycle, & the hot & cold settings were not working. I reached out to Kaspi. They responded by text & told me they could be here the next morning!!

The tech arrived & worked efficiently & quickly. He found the source of the problem changed 2 parts, & now, my washer runs smoothly! He also switched the hot & cold lines so my machine runs on the chosen temperature. All of this & at a fair price!
