Kaspi Appliance Repair was quick to respond to my call. Technician Vusal showed up on time and made a quick diagnostic and repaired my oven. Vusal was also professional and polite.

Vusal was excellent! The service call price was reasonable, he communicated well and got the part needed in the estimated time. He was very efficient and helpful! We will definitely use him again.

Vusal was my technician and he gets a 10 out of 10 from me. He was so polite and respectful, and had such great attention to detail. The fix for him was very easy, but we spent twice as long just making sure that the reinstallation was perfect and to my liking. He must have unscrewed and screwed in the frame of my microwave five times because I kept saying it wasn’t quite perfect. He was so happy to make me happy and never once made me feel bad for my OCD taking so long. I would have him back in my home any day and he was so polite and respectful. Absolutely wonderful service.

Mauricio came by after 6:00 p.m. and was able to repair our ice maker the same day. His service and recommendation was excellent. He told us not to worry about replacing some small part which would have cost us double. Very honest guy!

We called mid-day to make an appointment and Mr. Mauricio was able to set up an evening appointment to fix my dryer the same day. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it with ease. He brought in his shop vac and did a very thorough cleaning of the inside of the dryer and the air hose. I had no idea there was so much lint particles inside. The best part was he gave me a quick training tutorial on how to maintain and clean my dryer and my washer. I mentioned my washer was a bit off balance and he quickly fixed that for me as well. A very nice and professional repairman. It's nice to have finally met someone local that I can call on that provides good and honest service. I'm happy that I can give back to a local small business. Mauricio did a good job replacing our pump on our washer. We called him and same day came out, fixed and running. Also had this part on hand ready to go. I would call them again.

He was very easy to reach via text messaging and since I had to order the part for my LG refrigerator due to warranty, he was super helpful with getting the part needed to fix my refrigerator. Our dryer stopped working unexpectedly. We called All My Sons in the afternoon and they were able to come same day. Mauricio was nice and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was able to repair our dryer within the hour. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Mauricio was such a pleasure to deal with. A very nice man, professional, on time, trustworthy. Detailed and very willing to listen. He even replaced the dryer vent and vacuumed the lent at his own initiative. I will definetely be using him for any future repairs needed.

Mauricio was punctual, arrived within the time slot he said he was going to. He took a look at my fridge and unfortunately informed me that he used the part I need to fix it earlier in the day. Busy man I suppose. Waited a weekend for the part to arrive. (not much you can do about that these days)
Once he had the part, he came by, replaced the part and de-iced the components. Now the fridge is back running like before.

He came out to repair my refrigerator/dishwasher and did a wonderful job. He did the work in a timely manner, and for a good price. I would recommend, have your appliance repaired by Mauricio, before purchasing a new one.

My washer was stuck on lock could not reset to get door open, called this company on a Saturday afternoon and Mauricio came and fixed my washer. I'm very impressed with this company he was very caring to fix the problem, had the part on his truck and stayed late on a Saturday until fixed. Also cleaned washer and my laundry room . I recommend this company strongly I will use again for repairs needed. Thank you Mauricio.

Mauricio was the only company around that was able to come out the same day!! He was on time professional and fixed our dishwasher and stove with no problem. Will definitely use him again if any other appliance goes down. Very knowledgeable as well!! A+

(Update #2): Raised my review to 5 stars. I am highly impressed with Mauricio work ethic and workmanship. I spoke with Mauricio about the fridge not cooling again and he wanted to try and fix it again. I told him that I didn't want to spend anymore money on it and he understood and still wanted to try and fix it. He spent a couple hours looking for leaks, found and fixed one, filled with freon, and fridge is working again. Not sure if there are other leaks or how long this fridge will last. Glad Mauricio is on the case and will use him again.

(Update): Two months later and refrigerator will not cool again, I lowered to 4 stars because of this. A freon leak would be my guess which means time to for a new fridge. I would still recommend Mauricio as he put in a lot of effort to try and fix the fridge and at a fair price.

(Orig) Called Mauricio cause my Whirlpool refrigerator was not cooling and only 3 years old. He replaced the copper line filter and has been working fine the last few days. Mauricio was able to come out the same day I called, welded the new copper filter and replaced the freon.

I called them at 9am on a saturday morning and they were at my house at 2:45pm. Great response time! They had my fridge condensation issue identified quickly, and had it apart, cleaned, and put back together in 30 minutes. Can't beat that, and Mauricio was very nice and super knowledgeable! Would highly recommend.

Mauricio worked after hours within the same day I called. His price was very reasonable and he was so kind and professional. I’ll be calling him in the future for sure!

I waited 4 weeks to do this review to make sure fridge still in good working condition.

Mauricio was on time and fixed my freezer and refrigerator in no time. I can say he was very honest and knowledgeable and his prices are affordable.
I had another company come and try to fix it prior to him but fail. Don’t waste your time calling others.
