We had a very positive experience with this company because they helped us do research on a new unit. We were deciding between fixing our old dishwasher unit or buying a new one, and Oak Appliance was able to help us weigh the pros and cons of each. The best .the best mechanic I ever known. When ever I called him he come and fixed my dryer as soon as possible some mostly same day and very reasonable price.

Very professional and speedy. However, they are too pricey for my budget. I was charged $230 to replace a $20 oven igniter. I understand there is a cost to drive and replace the part; still I can't understand paying around $200 for a 30 minute job. I am torn between feeling buyers remorse and price-gouged. This is definitely a lesson learned for me!

Javidan was great--he diagnosed the problem quickly. It was not my dryer that was broken, but the circuit breaker, so he was able to fix it after ordering the part. He came in the evening for both visits which was very convenient since I work during the day. I am really impressed by his service!

First, the repair arrived on time, so I highly appreciated it.
Second, he explained what was the problem and how he will fix it.
Third, he did extra cleaning and work to make sure the dryer work properly.
