The service technicians have been really informative. Takes a bit of follow up to get scheduled but once done, everything else has gone very well.?

As soon as i put in my claim i got a response back quick . They technician was polite a d told us what was wrong. They said part would be in in 6 weeks but they had the part within a week , they put on new parts and ice maker like new.

My Washer is covered under Costco Warranty. Aug 22 2025 Steve, the Service Technician, arrived on time. He replaced the seal and ran a test load. His expertise and service was a 10 out of 10. Thank you for the excellent service. I will call Mastertex for other appliance repairs.

Liars and frauds! Looked at my washing machine with a flashlight and didn't diagnose anything. But got my warranty claim denied for rust when I have no rust! But when I ask for this picture proof no one at Mastertex can give it to me and no one with Lowes Assurant protection plan can give it to me either! The $0 I paid was overpriced!
