Great service! Had a 20 year old AC that would not cycle. I sent pics of the label and unit. He said he would take a look. I asked about installing a mini split as a replacement in case it could not be fixed. He sent over some options and estimates also said I can pick up the equipment myself if I wanted. But he would check the old unit out first. When he arrived. He took a look. Did some tests. Installed a test capacitor and boom. It started up and was cooling. He went and got a replacement capacitor. Installed and was in business in about an hour. There was no pressure to buy the mini split or any push to upsell. The unit is super old but still usable so I decided to wait and save some money while researching mini splits. He was absolutely fine with that. His fee was very reasonable and he is a nice guy. No pressure, wanted to what was right for the customer. He will be my go to for AC needs!!

Talk about a 24 hr service ! Robert is always there to save the day when needed ! Had a couple of issues with my AC this year and with this Houston heat is no joke . Robert always gives reasonable prices , explains the process and fixes the issue in a timely manner, I highly recommend!
