Service express Art performed spring checkup of central air/heat system, Both units (attic and outside compressor) were done a chemical wash, outside compressed checked for amps and pressure. Also blew out drains from water pans. Good job. Art did a similar job last year and I liked his service.

I was originally connected with Art through our Home Warranty Company when our upstairs AC wasn’t working properly. He was brought to complete a diagnosis and confirmed that we may have a leak in the coil and backed up his test when he check the refrigerant was low. He reported this info to my good for nothing Home Warranty Co. And they stated that if there was truly a leak, they would have to come back out if we experienced the same issue. The same issue happened 6 months later. Art confirmed the same issue and Home Warranty Co. Didn’t cover due to a pre-existing condition. Art was more than willing to accommodate and fix the issue knowing Home Warranty did us dirty. He priced us fairly and we even check with a couple other HVAC companies and they were well above his price. He came out and got the job done in 4 hrs and was very informative along the way. He explained how everything worked and why we would certain repairs done. The house is now cooler than ever just in time for the TX summer and would trust Art with all my friends and family. Highly recommend!
