Ismael was on time, professional, and courteous for my Spring AC check up. He was patient and explained what he was going to do and he even encouraged me to ask any questions I had. He answered my questions to my satisfaction and gave good tips. I would recommend this company to others.

When my air conditioner quit cooling Albert was able to come check it out very quickly and provided me with an extensive field report of his findings. He gave me a very reasonable quote for a whole new system. Albert is very knowledgeable and professional and was very understanding when I chose to have a division of my employer do the work. He was happy my problem was taken care of and that my elderly mother and I are enjoying a cool house again. I highly recommend Albert and Mr Goodguy.

Albert is always so helpful, courtesy and communicates exactly what the issue is and how to resolve it. Albert prefers to fix an AC unit before suggesting to replace the unit.

I had home warranty insurance with HelloSuper and this MrGoodguy is the only company they are associated with. I paid 2000$ out of pocket for AC issue which required replacement in the outdoor unit and in the attic. After few weeks it started turning on and off and called these guys they said the insulation is going into the pipes and blocking it when it was them who replaced and moved stuff around in the attic . They charged 340$ and it’s been less than 4 months , the unit is making noise for few seconds after it starts. I don’t even want to call these people coz they will charge another 400-500$ for something they newly installed. Cancelled my insurance as well as there are the only company they keep referring me to

We decided to move forward with replacing the entire system, and he was able to schedule the installation just two days later—impressively fast service.

I highly recommend Mr. Good Guy A/C company! they accurately and quickly diagnosed the failure, identified the component failed, and replaced that component within the hour!

I love the field report details stating the root cause of the failure and description of what portion of the gas valve failed. It shows they troubleshoot issues and replace what is truly needed.

Gracias EHCOS, por tan manifico trabajo, Hector es uno de los pocos profesionales que se toma el trabajo de explicarte todo, Tuve una situacion en mi casa y me dijeron que tenia que cambiar toda la tuberia de ese lado, vino hector, tras que lo llame y vino rapidisimo me soluciono todo y solo era una pieza, , desde que lo conoces sabes que no solo es un super profesional, sino una gran ser humanos.
