Did a great job installing our unit 3 or so years ago. Always respond quickly when we have a problem. We are many miles away and we seem to have to call early in the morning. She always sounds like I woke her up! They all seem to work together well and are very responsive to our questions. We would recommend them to anyone who has a need.

I had my new system installed by Texas Pride Heating and Air and I cannot be happier. They came to give me a quote and they installed the new unit the next day. We won’t struggle with the heat this summer. All staff is very friendly and professional. It was great pricing as well. Highly recommend this company!

We bought our AC unit from Texas Pride a few years ago, and haven’t had nothing but optimal customer service, and care since purchasing it. I’ve been amazed at how much each individual cares about their job and ensures that you understand everything they’re saying. They seem to truly care about each of their clients, we feel valued and understood every time they come out. I wish every company we worked with used them as a business model.

When my A/C stopped cooling I had reached out to a few different companies. This was a Sunday and no one was able to come out until Tuesday. I made the call to Texas Pride Heating and Air and they were able to get a technician out within probably half an hour. Brantley was great to work with and was able to diagnose within about 5 minutes of being there. He had parts on hand to fix my issue and I was back up and running in no time. I am extremely impressed with the service I received and have signed up for their yearly service contract. I recommend using Texas Pride, they are very transparent with pricing, knowledgeable, and friendly. Thanks again Brantley, you did a great job!!

We bought an entire new HVAC system for our house. This group was competitive with prices, competent, helpful, incredibly friendly, and answered all questions and concerns. Worked so hard to make sure everything was just right. The owner was amazing and even stopped by to check on everything. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service provided and the professionalism of the entire team.

Each time I've needed assistance with my HVAC Texas Pride Heating and Air has come to the rescue. Not only did they look for an earlier service call opening they also introduced me to a maintenance program to ensure proper tune-up. Kudos to April and Jacob!

Texas Pride installed a new AC system at our house and I am very happy with the experience and results. Our old system was undersized and couldn’t keep the house cool on hot days. Chaz helped me understand why we needed an upgrade and he was right. He and his team were courteous, friendly, and went out of their way to proactively explain everything to me while they were here. Highly recommend!

Brantley did an excellent job of providing knowledgeable customer service with detailed explanation of assessment and services. He kindly talked me through his evaluation and expertly guided me on the series of next steps. He was courteous and respectful and never seemed to rush through anything. I especially appreciated the feature where the dispatch sent the name and picture ID of who I should be expecting as well as a tracking map to see how close he was to arriving at my home. We will certainly be beginning a relationship with Texas Pride to ensure proper maintenance once our issue is repaired. Can’t recommend enough!

Every time we have had them out we have been super happy. First time a couple of years ago we called them on a day when it was 100 degrees out and the ac had stopped. They came out same day and had it working again. This last time we called them out for ac leaking. They came out the day we set the appointment for and had it fixed. No more leaking.

Update 5/31/23: we had an anomaly happen this afternoon with our unit today that caused it to stop working and house quickly heated up. Texas Pride sent the team out same day on short notice in the evening. Brantley quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. We are actually happier with his fix because we did not like the fresh-air flow vent the builder installed. We are Texas Pride customers for life and will recommend them to others!

I found Texas Pride recommended by neighbors on NextDoor. I liked having the ease of making an appointment online. Brantley did a great job servicing my A/C unit. He arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He took pictures and did a great job explaining everything from about him and the company, what he was going to do, what was done and recommendations. I was a bit wary using a company I hadn’t used before for a tune-up special, but no worries here! The tune-up was affordable and Brantley didn’t try to up-sell a bunch of other services or parts. I definitely recommend Texas Pride and I will continue to use them.

Texas Pride Heating & Air Tech Simeon came out and assessed the situation that we were having in a quick and prompt manner. They explained it in words that made sense, answered all questions and did the work in a very professional manner. We gladly recommend them to all our friends and family.

As always, punctual, friendly and complete in their service. Lot of great folks work their and many have been there for years. Always a good sign!

I would like to start off by thanking Chaz for bringing a window unit to use for free! until the install was complete. he installed the window unit and we had it for a day or so, this was a few years ago. never had a chance to write a review until the yearly reminder for maintenance or check up etc was messaged. system is working good and they're always checking to see if everything is ok. Chaz was straight forward, honest, no B.S. and didn't try to up-sell me any parts or repairs. Just took care of business and fixed my ac unit at a very reasonable price. Plus, being a very nice guy and I was pleased to make his acquaintance. I told him he was my new hvac guy. No need to go anywhere else.

Fantastic service and experience! Quick and easy to get an appointment and costs were appropriate. It was a difficult install but the techs were outstanding and worked diligently to get it perfect. They even put up with my messy house and garage.

As members of their affordable Blue Bonnet club we have never had trouble getting someone out same day or early next day. Affordable, reliable, and the guys that have come out have always been very willing to discuss and explain the issue to make sure I know what’s going on. They have also always. Even willing to discuss options on temporary fixed or more permanent solutions without feeling like they are selling things to me.
