Wow, can't express how grateful we are for Texas Pride Heating and Air. From the time we called to the time we paid we were 100% satisfied. They really do go above and beyond, they keep you informed as to what is happening. Can't thank them enough for installing the last piece of our home and taking that Texas pride in making it beautiful. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

Jacob was great to work with! He was personable, communicated clearly, and answered all of my questions. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my a/c and got it fixed within a few hours.

The Dispatcher, April, is always super friendly, and called to update me with any minor delays and see if it was still a good time for them to come by. I love that you can track their vehicle to know precisely where they are and how long of a wait, almost like an uber.

Chaz the tech was able to come out late at night, and quickly able to figure out what the issue was.

And the other tech Duncan was also very nice!

We had a bad experience with another company and they turned us over to Texas Pride finally admitting after putting in a new a/c and many thousands later they could not fix the problem. Texas Pride sent Jacob today with a buddy and in ten mins he found one problem and fixed it and in twenty mins more figured out the rest. After almost two years and many thousands later we believe we now have answers to our problems. Thats what you get when Qualified, Quality people are hired.Jacob was not only sweet he was very knowledgeable and what a breath of fresh air. I’m sorry I do not remember his partners name but he was just as good. And what pleasent attitudes. I had to run and get my grandson and had absolutely no reservations about leaving them to run and get him. I will definitely recommend this company and use them in the future. I can’t say enough great things about Texas Pride Heating and Air! From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Received a tuneup on our AC for the start of summer, and discovered some issues (bent furnace door) that were causing the unit not to work as efficiently.

The technicians, Duncan & Gabriel were friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. Diagnosed the issue quickly, fixed the bent door, cleaned the coils, and had us ready to go in a short amount of time. We will have them back out for our winter check later in the year. What really impressed me was how honest and transparent Duncan and Gabriel were—no upselling, no hidden fees, just quality service at a fair price.

It’s clear that customer satisfaction is their top priority, and it shows in everything they do. Our home is cool with less humidity , and we couldn't be more grateful. WOW! Texas Pride installed a mini-split AC/Heating unit in a secondary dwelling / Tiny House on our property. The unit works great, and is energy efficient for our climate. We sincerely adored their staff, and the respect they showed for our military family was abounding. We have lived in many states throughout our military career, and we've owned several homes that entailed multiple Heating and Air maintenance relationships over the years and these guys are hands down the best! Quality service, affordable pricing, exceptionally southern customer service, solid work ethic, and extreme attention to detail. We highly recommend!

Honestly this is the best company, we got our ac from them being pregnant and in Texas summer heat they were able to get here on VERY short notice and did an amazing job, then last night we noticed a leak in our ceiling at 9pm and they were able to show up in 30 min! Best service and they are so helpful I’ll recommend anyone to them they are the best. You pay for quality it’s honestly amazing

Knowledgeable and efficient service. Would recommend these guys! Update on 4/1/2024 - My AC compressor wouldn't turn on. I called them and they had someone here in 15 minutes and the problem was fixed in 30 minutes. I stand by my earlier review.

This company truely cares about their customers. All the techs are professionals and freindly. They go the extra mile to take care of your ac/heating issues. And have really come thru for me. I am grateful for the excellent service and will be a loyal Texas Pride customer.

Never thought I would be excited about the HVAC guys coming, but Jacob is absolutely wonderful. Even my dogs get so excited every time he comes. We have been part of the bluebonnet membership for a couple of years now and the regular maintenance at the change of season alone makes the membership completely worth it. It also makes repairs affordable when they do come up. Truly could not be happier with this service. They are by far my favorite company I have hired to work on my home.

The technician, Gabriel and his assistant, did a great job. Thorough, and still timely. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. I recommend Texas Pride, especially if you’re local. Have had great service and experience with them. No hassle and “surprise” charges. Prices are reasonable and affordable. Very satisfied customer.

We love Texas Pride. Each technician really takes pride in their work and the company. They always take time to explain and educate! Today we had Brantley and hope to have him again. He'd make an excellent teacher. :)
We also love Chelsey in scheduling. She is very courteous and caring. I hesitate to add names because really we are happy with them all. We are part of the Premier Program and have enjoyed the savings it has provide. I recommend Texas Pride!
