Excellent service from Service 1 One AC, Heating & Plumbing. Kenny Martin was our serviceman and he was AWESOME! I called our warranty company late yesterday and we were assigned Service One as a vendor to come out , I just knew it would be Monday before they could send someone out. Got a call first thing this morning with a window between 10:00 AM -1:00 PM for technician to arrive. Arrived on time, explained everything he was doing, respected our floors by covering his shoes & so polite and respectful. Kenny got our AC back up and running. Will definitely use again and recommend Service 1 One to all my family & friends! Excellent service!! Ask for Kenny!

I had a few issues with this company at first, but they took the time to make things right and that means a lot. It shows they truly care about the quality of their work. They might not be the cheapest AC company out there, but sometimes quality is worth paying for.

When I called at 7:00 AM, an actual person answered (a rare thing these days!). By 9:00 AM, a tech was at my house. By 9:30, he had found the problem—a bad blower motor. He had to leave to pick up the part and take care of a couple of other jobs, but he still made it back that same evening and got my AC running again quickly.

Osvaldo, the service tech, was fantastic—professional, polite, and quick. He did exactly what he said he would and made the whole process a lot less stressful. I’d happily recommend him to anyone.

Kenny came and replaced the blower capacitor and igniter on our heating unit. He was prompt, curious and efficient. Couldn’t be happier with the service provided and we now have heat!!

This company does very shady business practices. A tech from this company came which was contracted by AHS. He came to do a furnace tune up. He did all the tests and said everything looks good. He then takes some pictures of my unit. Then he asks me a question that if I care about the safety of my family and I am like yes, what do you mean. He shows me a picture on his phone of some coils and tells me there is rust on it and that can cause carbon monoxide. I had another vendor a plumber come in, so I got busy with him. Furnace guy goes to a room and conducts a ppm test and after 10 mins he shows me 3 different photos taken at 2 mins with 4 ppm, 6 mins with 8 ppm and 10 mins with 11 ppm and says you're inhaling a lot of carbon monoxide which gets me worried. He then quotes me a $6k furnace replacement. I politely deny the service and told him that I will think about it and he goes on his way.
I call another company to get a second opinion and the tech tells the only way you have carbon monoxide is when you have cracked coils or there's a leak and by law if the guys sees any ppm levels more than 0, they then need to shut off the gas connection or they lose license.
He then tells me that you have to take the motor off to see the coils, at which point I tell him he didn't take apart any motor and just showed me photos on his phone of both the coils and the ppm readings. This guy does all his tests and says he found no issues and says possibly the other tech was trying to scam you to buy something which you really never needed to.
Please beware of this company!

Flawless encounter. Set up appointment at 11:15. Service complete at 1:35. Had the needed part on the truck. Trevor (tech) kept us informed about arrival time. Diagnosed and repaired quickly.

Service1 was top notch. We hired them to service two A/C units when we bought our new house in May 2025. They worked well with our home warranty company. Then we hired them to install a new condenser on the downstairs A/C. They were able to figure out why our master bedroom was unusually hot (a problem no one had pinpointed in the 20+ year lifespan of the home). We continued to be impressed, so we also hired them to run a new line from the A/C to one of the rooms. And finally they blew some new insulation in the attic for us. We feel that we got a very good value for the money we spent. We will continue using this company.

Josh was efficient and effective in servicing our unit. Also, he was cordial and thorough in explaining each step in the process.Lastly, he was extremely patient in tolerating our two rambunctious dogs. A wonderful experience all around.
