my heater. He was very professional and had a great
additive. Even though I was the
call off the day. He made sure
get the motor replaced and not
have me wait till next week. I

Trevor and Tanner came to fix my HVAC and were extremely knowledgeable, kind and quick. They made sure the issue was resolved and did an amazing job. I highly recommend them and their service!

Service One came out and serviced one of our units that wasn’t getting any power to the thermostat. Kenny, our technician was very thorough and knowledgeable. He also wore the booties inside our home (my Wife loved that)😂. Kenny was also very professional, performed a timely diagnosis on our unit and fixed the issue right away. Luckily it was only a blown fuse but he did a great job getting to the root cause of the problem. Thanks again!!!

I called this company and left a message on a Sunday morning as I woke up to smoke in my house. They called me back within an hour and we’re out to my house within a few hours. I ended up getting a call the very next morning which was a holiday they had found my part, went and picked it up and we’re back at my house that afternoon to repair my heat. I’m very thankful as I had parrots with babies and it had been 20° outside and i with no heat! Thank you so much Spencer…I would highly recommend him and this company. This would be my fourth appointment over a 6 month period.

Kenny was fantastic throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood each step. His professionalism really stood out — he was knowledgeable, patient, and respectful. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such great communication skills. Highly recommend working with him!

John was our tech for our spring AC check. He was great! He was very thorough and friendly - not pushy. We will definitely call Service One again

Fantastic service. They came on very short notice, diagnosed my HVAC issue and even came back the next day on Sunday with a part to make sure that we were nice and warm on a cold day. Kenny was super professional explained everything with patience and managed our
expectations very well. Would definitely recommend service one in the future for anybody in our area.

Joel did a great job with our AC maintenance. He explained everything clearly. He was very professional, respectful of our home, and great with our dogs, which we really appreciate.

Spencer came out to do maintenance / check-up on our HVAC system. He was very thorough and found that I had a capacitor going out. He did not just tell me it was going out. He showed me the test reading and then showed how the fan was slow to start. Once I had him replace the capacitor, he showed me how the fan started much faster with the new capacitor. Great work and would highly recommend!

Fantastic service from Josh and Joel! Our furnace was not working, they came in asked a few questions and went to work. They quickly determined the problem and fixed it!! We have heat again! Very professional individuals. They thanked us!! Awesome!

Wiley was an amazing technician. He went above and beyond to get our unit fixed. Our unit was not heating and we have a new born. Wiley ordered a part that would take up to two days but with his dedication he was able to get the part overnight. The part came in and fixed it and now we have a warm baby at home thanks to Wiley. Wiley is very people oriented and professional. We thank you, you were a blessing to two new parents! 5 stars minimum and two baby thumbs up!

We called them to get our HVAC serviced before the snow and ice hit at the end of January. The dispatcher provided me a couple of options and booked the appointment. They immediately sent a text with the date and time window of our appointment.

When the tech, Wiley, came to the house and it was a great experience. He serviced the HVAC units and conversed with the kids. We had an unrelated issue that night and I texted Wiley at 9:23 pm and he was back at our house with a smile on his face in less than 20 minutes.

He fixed the issue at no additional charge. I would gladly call this company again for any HVAC issue because of the great experience we had with the dispatcher and Wiley.

Outstanding service and the technician was extremely knowledgeable! He not only maintained my outdoor unit, but also made some very good recommendations for me. He was extremely polite and I would rave about him to anyone who asked.

Excellent Service, Honest Communication, Great Value. I always shutter when calling an HVAC company because I never know what type of individual I’m going to get. Gratefully, Wiley with Service One Air was fantastic. He properly diagnosed the problem, was honest and professional and we will definitely use them again!

Spencer was excellent. He arrived on time, was extremely professional, and did a great job explaining both the technical side of the issue and what the next steps would be. He diagnosed the problem quickly, walked me through what was happening with the system in clear terms, and made sure I understood what to expect with the repair process. Courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. If every technician operated like him, dealing with home repairs would be a whole lot easier.

Spencer came out to check my air conditioner today and was friendly and very polite. I was referred to Service One by a friend who thinks they do a great job. I agree. I gave another friend their information.and she had Service One come out to her home and to her business office. She was thrilled also. I wish every business had such wonderful staff. I will continue using Service One anytime air-conditioning repairs or maintenance are needed for my home.

Josh did an outstanding job servicing our AC units. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly inspect everything, clearly explain what he was doing, and answer all of my questions without rushing.

What really stood out was his attention to detail and honesty. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing quality work and taking care of his customers.
