I highly recommend A-Team for any heating cooking repairs. They’ve serviced my home twice and provide exceptional customer service, they are timely and efficient, both times (once a leaky drain pipe and the other after Hurricane Beryl) they’ve take the time to explain the issue and what it will take to fix the problem. On top of being awesome people they’re affordable. I highly recommend the A-Team!

A-Teams did a couple of service calls for me over the last few months. I cannot say enough good things about the whole team. They always provide amazing service at a very affordable cost. The time finally came where I needed to replace the whole system, the team came in and had the job done in about 5 hours. The the owner and everyone that works for him is outstanding, honest, and will give you the fastest repair services especially if your AC or heating system is out. The office is also wonderful. They support their team like it should be. If you ever have an issue call them. They will fix it however, don’t expect to have a problem!

I highly recommend using A Team A/C. They’re not only great at what they do. But more importantly they’re honest. I’ve used them on multiple occasions, multiple properties. Jesse saved me more than $10,000. By having my back on a warranty issue, and I know for a fact they could have made more money by just replacing the old equipment. They are good people and do good for their clients. Jesse fought with the big company for days for me and that ment the world to me other than just finical reasons it showed me what kinda people they are. That’s the only kind of people I want to do business with and have inside my home and business. Any chance I get I refer A Teams A/C. They always do what’s right!

This company installed a new AC system in my house in March, but the AC stopped working in May a day before the fist triple digit heat wave was arrive our city. The first malfunction happened approximately a week temporary before it completely became dysfunctional, but I did not consider that the brand new system should not be broken so quickly assumed that I may have set the thermostat incorrectly. When I finally reported the problem to the company, the receptionist told me "Why didn't you call us sooner?" as if it was my fault. The owner finally called me hours later after my repeated calls. He was very rude and offered no apology. He acted like it is not critical and happens often. I was obviously very upset and requested them to repair immediately, the owner informed me that there are other customers to serve before us. I requested him to put my case on priority because we just received this new system, but he needed to server for other customers who are already scheduled. He then told me that he does not discuss the matter with me because I am a woman and requested my husband to contact them. When my husband called him, he did not answer the phone. This is unacceptable. He was very nice before we signed the contract, but he is now a completely different person after he installed malfunction system.

Rick has done two jobs at our home now. I was impressed how he did the first job, leveling and servicing the main unit, with detail and care, so I had him come back and replace all the duct work in our home. This company is responsive and easy to do business with. I highly recommend them for A/C work.

Best installation and customer service. Rick shows up and gets the job done right. I had a new complete central 4 Ton system installed (Inside, outside, all ductwork and reengineered the registers for top efficiency. After the sale customer service has been excellent. Thank you for giving me peace of mind!

Amazing experience with this HVAC company ! I was referred by my brother who has utilized this company many times in the past with success, so I messaged them overnight on a Tuesday and they promptly contacted me early Wednesday wanting to come out that day. My schedule only allowed a small window of time the next day before a major holiday, and they still fit me in with no problem !! Rick came out and immediately diagnosed the issue, had the part needed right in his vehicle, and had me cooling again in less than an hour ! He even took pictures of some areas of concern in the attic with recommendations for the future comfort and more importantly, safety of my family, as well as answering my many questions on the spot with endless knowledge and expertise.
