My A/C unit went out and Jesse came by the next morning to give me a quote. That same day I got another quote to be sure of what my cost should be. Jesse's quote by far beat the other one. Jesse was there the next afternoon replacing my complete A/C system. He was prompt, very considerate and respectful, professional, great attitude, cleaned up and hauled off old unit and trash, friendly plus completed the job that same day! I've contacted him with questions and he was prompt to help me. I've also referred a few friends to ATeams for service and they were very pleased. Hard to find a good reasonable A/C guy that won't take you to the cleaners!

This is the fourth time I have used A-Team, and every time the technicians have been knowledgeable and courteous. They installed my AC and preforme the annual checkouts. This time we had no hot water. Called them 1st thing in the morning and we had hot water by 7:00 and it was affordable.

The ATeam is responsive and dependable. In this case, Rick diagnosed my AC problem, had all the parts with him and got us back up and running in a short time. This is about the 4th time ATeam has come through for us. Good work!

An amazing team for sure! I would recommend them to everyone. Scheduling the appointment was so simple, the repair tech came out so quick and had my AC running in just 10 minutes. The fastest service I have ever had! Very reasonably priced also!!

Tech came out to trouble shoot outside condenser cycling, I was not there but my daughter was. He told her the entire unit needed changed! My daughter called me at work and I spoke with the tech and he said the unit needed replaced. I informed him the unit was still under the 10yr warranty (8 months left) and his whole attitude changed. He later came back and said the evaporator core had a leak and "under warranty " it would be $2800 to change out. I called 2 more American Standard A/C companies out and neither could find a leak. One company quoted me $1500 dollar "under warranty " replacement if it did need replace. I can not stand a company that will try and take advantage of individuals!

I recently moved to Galveston and A-Team was recommended to me by our realtor. I contacted them initially for full inspection and then had them do recommended repairs/replacement. I also had to have them out a second time for a major repair for a different issue. Jesse is great and Rick has been wonderful to work with. They are thorough, professional and do high quality work. Definitely recommend!

Very knowledgeable technician. My thermostat was reading too high and not reading actual temperature. He detected the problem which was two fold. Thermostat is on an outside wall that was absorbing heat and the wiring coming through the wall had a large hole putting heat on the sensor. He filled the hole with caulk and moved the thermostat. Thermostat is working much better. Excellent work. I would definitely use A-1 Team again,

I have been using this company for over a few years now and they have been amazing at keeping my air conditioner working and keeping my house cool during the summer months. Very pleasant and reliable service. I highly recommend them. Also they are on point with service of my unit in the cooler months by checking to be sure everything is working in proper condition.

Very professional, efficient service! I contacted them because we were having issues with our secondary drain line. They came out within 24 hours and took care of it! The technician was polite and respectful. He was patient and answered all of my questions. He showed me the area that was causing the issue and even gave me some tips for proper maintenance! From the office staff to the technician, they have such great quality of service. I will continue to recommend them to everyone!

Response time was excellent! A technician arrived within 30 minutes of my service call. Received excellent customer service from the field technician and office staff. The repair fees were reasonable. I have used them in the past and plan to continue using them in the future.
