Quick response on the service call and brought parts so he was able to fix the problem with my dryer the same day. David has done other service at my house as well and has always been very professional and polite. I would highly recommend using him.

David was very prompt to respond when I reached out to him. He was very friendly and very professional and long story short my refrigerator is working again.

I do not recommend Start Appliances based on my experience with David. Our initial appointment was set for the afternoon, but as the evening came and went, I received no update or courtesy message letting me know he wouldn’t be arriving.

After following up, we rescheduled for the next morning at 11 AM, which he confirmed. Unfortunately, he canceled again, offering no viable alternative.

This lack of communication and unreliability caused unnecessary delays and frustration. I value professionalism and basic respect for others’ time—unfortunately, that was missing in this case.

David came right away and identified the issue with my washer and got the parts the following day and fixed the washer issue. I have my washing machine working smoothly and saved me a bunch of dollars by replacing the parts. I would recommend calling David for any washer and dryer and refrigerator issues.

So happy with our fridge! Met Davit at their location and looked at a few fridges. Bought our fridge at a great price! Delivery was set up for four days later. He was punctual and the fridge was delivered in perfect condition! Definitely check it out if you want a basically new but used refrigerator!

Shaun did a fantastic job replacing the boot seal on my front load washer. He went above and beyond to clean the internal parts of the washer and even fixed an overhead light in my laundry room that wasn’t part of the job. Highly recommend ALAS Appliance repair!

Shaun & helper showed up within the time slot I was given. He kept in touch about his arrival. He did encounter a little issue with removal of a little screw, but all worked out. He had to replace the ignitor. He allowed me a little time to clean from behind & under stove, before setting it back in place, which I appreciated. He made sure oven was in working order prior to departing. Would recommend him & this business.

Shaun did a great job of cleaning our dryer. A large volume of lint had collected inside and was causing a loud noise. He explained what needed to be done and after doing a thorough job he explained the maintenance schedule we should follow going forward and how it would extend the life of the appliance.

The guys from Alas Appliances came and installed our 30” column refrigerator and freezer and 48” stove/oven flawlessly. With the appliances being oversized made it quite difficult and they did it flawlessly. They were so polite and took their time to make sure everything was working and that we were happy. We would definitely recommend Alas Appliances for any appliance needs.

Fixed our Thermador Double wall oven and only fixed what was actually not working instead of replacing everything. We are good to go for Thanksgiving.
