Although the part for my Samsung washer took 4 days to arrive, the professionalism and expertise from Edward the technician was amazing. He was very thorough and kind and within minutes he installed the new part to the washer. He made sure that the washer was not leaking after he installed the new part.I would highly recommend Alas Appliance Repair any time.

Second time with this company, met expectations again. The technician was friendly and highly professional but also did a great job.I have already started using my washer.I highly recommend this company for any future appliance repair needs, and I'll be returning, especially after receiving the old customer discount which was a pleasant surprise.

Huseyin from Alas Appliances Repair did an awesome job. Super friendly and honest, showed up right on time, and fixed everything without any hassle. He kept the work area really clean too, which I appreciated. If you need appliance repair, definitely give them a call.

Great experience with this company. The repairman totally took apart my freezer and tested the fans, and the control panel to diagnose the problem. He spent an hour and a half here. I’ll use them again if I need to in the future.

Great experience. Kieth showed up on time, and was professional and courteous. Best of all was that Kieth was able to get the dryer fixed with no surprises. He even went out of his way to check and clean the rest of the unit. I’ll be calling Atlas/Kieth the next time I need work done on my appliances.

Kevin B arrived a bit late but he kept me informed of his arrival so all was good. He diagnosed my washer issue in a few minutes and proceeded to clean up the area and start the repair. He was all done in no time! I am very happy with his service. Very nice.

Wonderful job from Kevin! Our washer started leaking and after many failed attempts to salvage it ourselves… we called Alas Appliance repair. Kevin was in and out so quick. He was so kind and well equipped. Just watching the complexities that went into the repair made it clear we would have never figured out how to fix it ourselves. 10/10 recommend.

Adam and his colleagues were terrific. We had some challenges initially with appliances and things fitting properly and he made sure all was done and running well. The prices were very fair and the work was superior! Thank you ALAS! A++

I would not recommend this company. The scam that was presented in my face was unbelievable.
The service repair CPU (computer) I pay company -$289.
The CPU (computer) repair -$150 I pay engineer
Discount the inconvenience $89 (handing up on my and not answering my calls).
Tax -$10
Total $360

He butters it up by saying he was paying the $150 out of pocket.

So I asked. Im paying you $150 for the repair to the engineer. Same $150 that your paying him. He say yes. So then im actually paying not you.

Plus paying the company $289 for the repair on top of the $150 repair.

Im sorry. I know we in a crisis, but that was bluntly in my face scam.

Maybe im wrong. Idk. But in this case the math is not adding up.

My dryer stopped heating. Kevin came by diagnosed it quickly then came back with the parts and fixed it less than an hour each visit. Respectful and great service. Would recommend to anyone who needs appliance repairs.

Great service! My microwave was smoking for a few hours, and they scheduled an appointment promptly. The technician was well prepared for the repair and fixed it the same day with reasonable pricing, saving me from striving with the stove. Highly recommend!

The service was very good. The only reason for not 5 stars was it took two trips due to a breakdown in communication on your side. We said we had a double oven from the start or we could do it ourselves if not.

Technician was professional, friendly and knowledgeable about my GE oven.
He identified the faulty part, ordered and replaced it quickly.
I would recommend their services to anyone needing appliance repair assistance.

The repair was completed to my satisfaction however the follow-up visit took 3 attempts to finally resolve my issue. One apt aborted due to not having the parts, then one apt was a no show with no contact and the third was 3.5 hours late after my repeated follow-up calls. I had to repeatedly follow-up on all of the appointments. Very frustrating experience for paying $3K Should be one star however the initial visit was done as planned.

Mark was very professional he took the time to explain how I can easily conduct maintenance to avoid the situation. He was on time can cordial. Even send me a text of expected arrival date and time. I highly recommend his company and himself especially. My vent hood is working perfectly again. Thank you.
