Trustworthy American company. They came out and fixed my dryer without needing any parts. A previous company had come out 2 times and requested different parts that were never the issue and never fixed my dryer. I highly recommend Texas True Appliance Repair.

Our oven is small, awkward and it had a difficult to diagnose electrical issue so it took more than one trip to solve the problem. The owner, Rich, came out today and he was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and helped fix our issue quickly after many previous struggles!

I worked with True Appliance Repair to fix my dryer after it wasn't properly working. Communication was great from the initial call to the day the technician came out. They were able to get me on the schedule quickly and get my dryer back up and running. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Our compressor went out on our refrigerator this weekend. Rich was very helpful over the phone to make sure we got the replacement covered by the vendor. He stopped by today to repair the refrigerator. All we had to pay for was labor. He also answered a few questions about our washing machine while he was here. The entire repair took about an hour. We would use his company again.

We’ve had them fix our fridge twice for two different reasons over the years and they are great, efficient, and knowledgeable! The first time he was able to look up a recall on our fridge and get the part to fix it. Very polite and kind. Will def recommend to friends and family, too!

Rich was great with communication before the appointment and on the day of. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with our dryer and even looked at our microwave. He was very honest about the microwave repair, when he could have steered me towards a repair. He is very knowledgable in the field. Great experience and communication with Texas True Appliance from everyone answering the phones to the tech. I have a Speed Queen washer that stopped working on the spin cycle, and started beeping and blinking lights, the machine is under warranty. Texas True Appliance fixed my washer after only coming out twice - once to diagnose, then the next time to fix the issue. I had another company who could not fix the issue come out five times prior to Texas True Appliance (the previous company replaced five parts over five weeks which nothing worked). I called Speed Queen and they recommended getting a 2nd opinion from Texas True Appliance, the tech Adam came out and he knew right away what the issue was, he was helpful, quick, and solved the issue. Lori who answered the phone helped me a lot by asking what parts had been replaced by the previous company, then relayed that to the tech who by good communication with the office was able to quickly diagnose.

Texas True Appliance Repair was very responsive and addressed our problems quickly. Our technician, Derrick, was very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He explained the issues and fixed all of the problems in a timely fashion…Thanks to all!

Colton came out and rapidly diagnosed the problem with my LG washer. He simply made some adjustments and like magic the washer is working like new again. He simply charged me to make a service call. He was very knowledgeable, asked me some detailed questions, then explained his thoughts about the problem. He made some adjustments and WA LA....The LG is once again cleaning up my act.

Colton was very knowledgeable and professional. Replaced the control board on our built in double oven just in time for us to use it for thanksgiving. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We have them saved in our contacts and would highly recommend them to any of our friends and family.

Texas True Appliance Repair in Plano saved me this week. My washer quit mid-cycle on Sunday night (of course it did), and I was drowning in laundry. I reached out Monday morning and they squeezed me in way faster than I expected. The tech showed up on time, checked everything out, and had the problem fixed in like 20 mins. He even gave me a couple tips to keep it from happening again, which was super helpful.

Pricing was fair, no weird hidden charges, and the whole process was just easy. It’s hard to find that these days.
