Our washer pump went out and were in desperate need of getting it repaired. The process of scheduling the initial appointment, onsite troubleshooting of the washer issue, receiving the parts and the return appointment to replace the pump was amazingly fast and easy! I would highly recommend Mr. Appliance to anyone in need of appliance repairs!

I have a scotsman ice maker, and let me tell you I hate dealing with home repairs. Mine was especially tricky. Mr. David Cline had to come out three times, he was kind and patient, he did a great job. At first he thought 3 things needed to be repaired, but he was conscientious enough to realize on two things had gone awry. he could have scalped me for that third part, but he didn't. I have a lot of distrust but I know that this team was honest with me. I will definitely use them and recommend them.

The repairman called in advance to inform me of his arrival time and was promptly on time. He located the problem with the washer and had it repaired within 45 minutes. Plus he explained how I could avoid this from reoccurring. He put boot covers on before coming into my home and left with everything tidy and back in place which I greatly appreciate. I am very happy with John’s service!

Called Mr. Appliance on Monday, John the tech came to our home of Tuesday and diagnosed the issue and ordered the part. The part arrived on Wednesday to our home, called them and they scheduled John for Thursday. John arrives and removes the oven from our cabinet and installs the new fan, tests it 3 times and finishes up. WOW !! This was by far one of few professional, on-time do it right service experiences I’ve had in the DFW metroplex. Above and beyond satisfied. Thank you John, and Mr. Appliance!!

We needed repairs on our Bosch cooktop & vent, and we were thrilled with the service we received from Mr Appliance of Plano!! They were quick to schedule an appointment, their communication was great, & the repair tech Layne arrived right on time & completed our repairs with minimal hassle. Their prices were very fair, as well. We’ve had less-than-stellar experience with other appliance shops in DFW, so we’re thrilled to find Mr. Appliance of Plano - they’ll get all our appliance repair business from now on!

We just had our GE refrigerator repaired by Mr. Appliance. The repairman was experienced, friendly, and gave us a lot of good advice and insight. Mr. Appliance was easy to work with and did a great job on our repair. We would definitely recommend them if you have a major appliance repair that you aren't comfortable doing yourself.

So impressed with their service! Layne was our technician and he was truly the nicest- so polite, helpful and knowledgeable! They had to order a part for my dishwasher, but even with that, the whole process only took 3 days total. First service call on Wednesday, part arrived Thursday, and job completed (dishwasher working again!) by Friday afternoon. Highly recommend this company and specifically Layne. :)

Bosch had a great design, but they made a change which requires repair. Mr. Appliance talked with tech support to get the dishwasher working. Mr. Appliance went above and beyond.

They were quick, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Fixed me up quicker than I expected!

Chris was prompt and professional. I was happy that the problem was very simple and a new part wasn’t required. He did not try to sell me something I didn’t need and he was polite and respectful. This is my go-to company for appliance repair. It is not inexpensive, but I know I get someone who knows what they are doing and I get a quick appointment.

I am very pleased with the service we received! We were given a referral from another company, and when I called, Mr Appliance responded with a booking within 48 hours. They provided rates and services at the time of booking, so there were no surprises.

Just had our under counter ice maker repaired by Lane. What an extremely nice and professional young man he is! He came last week to look at the problem and had to order the parts. Both visits he was prompt down to the minute! He explained and showed pics of the issue as well as the repair. Next time we need appliance help we’ll definitely use Mr. Appliance and will request Lane!

Layne was GREAT! He explained everything, showed us what was wrong, and answered our many questions. He's professional so he fixed the complicated work quickly and accurately truly appreciate him and Dana in the office for getting us kind help. I will be using this company.

The convection oven fan motor and fan failure was diagnosed. The parts were ordered and successfully replaced the next day. Amazing fast service at a reasonable price. I would recommend Mr. Appliance to everyone.

Scheduling was easy. Chris was punctual. Diagnosis was quick and the freezer was deiced quickly. Everything was replaced exactly where it belonged and the kitchen left clean.

I have worked with several appliance repair businesses in the past and hands down this is the only repair company I will work with moving forward. Our technicians are experienced, honest and very knowledgeable!

Diagnosed the problem w my ice machine and promptly ordered part and came back to fix it. Hope I don’t have to, but will use them again. People in the office call back and schedule promptly as well.
