The tech was great! Pricing seemed a little high valve online runs about $70. Labor was the rest but in fairness it was a hard to reach part and saved us a leaking dishwasher!

Christopher the technician was prompt, professional, courteous, and everything else you could possibly want. He came in, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and then came back to install it all with clear schedule and a great attitude!

My wife called John to come out to our house because our dryer was seeming to have some issues. From start to finish, he was prompt and to the point and was able to diagnose everything and was over the top with his explanations of what was happening. He was on time and went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of, especially with two little ones needing dry clothes! would 10/10 recommend!

Chris was courteous and knowledgeable regarding my ice maker issue. The company was prompt and provided good communication throughout the process of troubleshooting, parts ordering and installation. Could have been a bit cheaper, but the great service made it worthwhile.

The crisper drawer on our refrigerator would not close, so we contacted Mr. Appliance and to our delight they were able to get us an appointment the next day. Chris, our technician arrived on time and went to work! He had to reattach the wires which was a tedious process, but he did so with painstaking patience. It was a total pleasure took with Chris and I would not hesitate to call upon him again. Best technician we’ve ever used!! Thank you Chris.

The locking mechanism on my front load washer broke. John looked at it and shared the crazy price the manufacturer wanted for a replacement. I found a far less expensive part online and scheduled a followup appointment with John to have it installed. Very very pleased with how it worked out. I appreciate John's flexibility in coming to an economical solution for my repair. Thanks!

We called with a freezer issue, and Longhorn Appliance Repair was able to get a technician out the same day. Jason was great, explained the problem in detail, and was able to get us a fair repair estimate/timeframe before he left.

Unfortunately my experience with Longhorn was very different than what you are seeing below. I called them for emergency service on my dryer. They were scheduled in a window from 3-6. Unfortunately they did not show. To make matters worse when I called them someone answered the phone and said they "needed to contact the driver and would get back with me" They never got back with me. I called them a few more times and it kept not being picked up. This morning they called me to let me know they had a "window" today and I told them I would not be using their service and requested to speak to a manager. They told me that typically a manager would call me back in 24-48 hours. Horrible management of a company. Not speaking of the technicians themselves (unfortunately I don't know any of them since they didn't show up!) but from management it's obvious they don't care

Jose was polite and respectful. He was knowledgeable about the task he completed. He also made sure that l didn’t spend any more money than necessary. I was very pleased with Jose.

Jose was great. Checked out washing machine, figured out problem ,ordered part . A few days later he came back to install. Trying out machine now. Jose was professional and nice. Happy to have him in our home .

Called and spoke Joe with this Company and explained the issue with our Front Loader Washer needing a New Bearing Joe abruptly Hung Up on me half way through the Conversation as I explained the issue.
A service company that is dedicated to fixing appliances should be able to put the Customers Needs first if the customer is prepared to pay for services!! This is how a business achieves Word of Mouth Referrals and Reviews. Definitely Not Recommended!!

Our 4 yr. old GE freezer started acting up after the storms at the beginning of March. We were trying to find a company that could come out ASAP so we wouldnt lose all our food. I came across Longhorn Appliance Repair. I called them and they sent Jose out the same day. Jose was very professional and thorough. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and order the part needed. The part came in sooner than expected and Jose came out 2 days after the initial call and fixed our freezer. Thank you Jose and Longhorn for being so quick and efficient. We did not lose any food out of our freezer either.

Jason always does a great job when he’s out here. He always takes his time to explain possible fixes and issues with our equipment. I highly recommend his service to everyone!

My experience with Jose was great. The communication with the main center got to be very frustrating as well as scheduling. All in all got the dishwasher fixed but it did take significantly longer than what I had originally been told.

Fabian did a wonderful job in fixing our commercial fridge and now it works wonderfully. It was fast to set up an appointment and get someone out to take a look. Fabian was professional and polite. I highly recommend this company if you need fridge repairs.
