This is the second time I’ve called Texas true appliance repair to service my refrigerator. In both instances I have been impressed with the overall professionalism of the company. The technicians are very knowledgeable, did not try to find problems that were not there, and got me back up and running as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend Texas true appliance repair.

Scammed by TEXAS TRUE APPLIANCE REPAIR Service team.
Purchased brand-new Kitchenaid oven at Lowe’s.
Calmed their Customer Service after temperature inside the oven did not reach the temperature on the display.
TEXAS TRUE APPLIANCE REPAIR service team was assigned by kitchenaid service representative.
A technician came over and after supposedly identifying the problem asked the office to replace the main board.
That was ordered in Technician came again to replace the unit.
The technician replaced the main board which he said he did many times, even though it looks like he was doing it for the first time .
After the replacement I asked that he will stay to verify the problem was resolved (which you can only see after about 10 minutes of the oven running) same as he did when he was diagnosing the problem. He quickly and “very professionally”vanished like a ghost!!!
No response from the office team to my multiple calls and texts including photos proving that the problem was not resolved.
Extremely disappointed from the product and from the service and planning to take Legal actions as well as publishing this online as much as possible.

John provided fantastic service and fixed our Bosch Dishwasher in an hours time. While I hope that we no longer have any more issues with our appliances, if we do, we’ll immediately call John!

The problem I had was that the back burners on the gas grill were not lighting. The screws were not stainless steel, would break as you try to unscrew them. Super impressed with the technician who helped me with my problem. Instead of saying the only way is to replace the whole gas cook top, he was innovative in identifying that there was a block, coming with a smart brush out of a regular copper wire. As good as new !!!!!

Upon our electricity coming back on after only four hours off due to a storm, we suspected the refrigerator wasn't working. I called Mr. Appliance at 2:50pm. They were able to get a technician out in just two hours!! Andrew was professional, knowledgeable and kind. He located the problem quickly and located the needed part. He returned the next day, made the repair and now our refrigerator is cooling once again! Thank y'all!

John was awesome. He accurately communicated his arrival time, showed up during the appointment window, and went above and beyond to fix the issues we were having with our dishwasher. John was friendly, professional, and helpful and didn’t try to upsell the repair one cent. Will definitely be calling again if we need appliance repairs.

Terrific performance. Chris is personable and expert. Worked at fixing our dryer as effectively as possible and at as low a cost as possible.

This company was prompt, courteous and thorough. The repairman, Mark, kept me at easy because that guy knows his refrigerators. He had the problem diagnosed in 5 minutes. When he came back with the part, he was done in minutes and now my old fridge is like new again.

When you think there no longer exists good, honest, reputable, fair and professional service here in the good ole US of A, Mr Appliance gives you reason to hope! These guys are fabulous! A live person answers the phone (I think it is actually the owner) and immediately assists you.....the techs are responsive, polite, knowledgeable and communicate very well....they arrive when they say the will (that in and of itself is rare these days) with a text and picture arriving ahead of them....I hope these good folks continue to thrive! HIGHLY recommended!

John was on time, courteous, friendly and professional. Most of all he is extremely knowledgeable. Both of our appliances needed minor repairs. He could have easily inflated this into bigger issues and charged more. So he is also very honest! Highly recommend.

Andrew is great! He is very knowledgeable and had the problem diagnosed quickly. He also ordered the part needed and repaired the problem the next afternoon. He explained everything to me including how to prevent the same problem from happening again. I highly recommend!

Recently Andrew from Mr Appliance repaired my refrigerator. I had his service a couple of years ago and this time again I was greatly impressed by what he did! When Andrew learned that I needed my refrigerator to be fixed ASAP so that I could leave for a scheduled trip, he came for a diagnostic visit after a long day of work and laid out plan A and B to accommodate the urgency of my situation.
