Well I just wanted say that my dryer quit on me and I called Rich with Texas True.. he was out that afternoon and even without me not being home got me fixed up and running.. for me customer service is VERY Important and that’s what I received from Rich and of course my clothes getting dried.

Texas true came out diagnosed my refrigerator found it had a bad compressor and had it repaired within two days. It was awesome. Great customer service technician was super knowledgeable and polite…I will hire them again if I have any appliances issues.

We hired Texas True Appliance Repair to install Cooktop. They were prompt with scheduling and honor their scheduled time.
When the cooktop was installed, my wife came back home to find that flames were not good enough. Called Rich, he came back promptly and diagnosed the problem and found that the issue was the Propane cooktop while we have natural gas line, he explained that natural gas molecules are bigger than propane gas molecules and hence the flame was on lower side. Timing was important here coz we immediately reached out to NFM, who were kind enough to exchange the cooktop at no charge.
Rich came back to install the new one at the fraction of the cost. the new cooktop worked exactly as we expected, but Thanks to Rich for correct diagnosis and simple explanation. I will certainly use his help for my future appliance problems.
