Constraction reviews in Plano, Texas

Steve does a fantastic and thorough inspection. Highly recommend

I used a First Choice Home Inspection or a new construction. Steve Henderson was on time, thorough, professional and he patiently explained his findings in layman‘s terms. I am very satisfied with the service, and I highly recommend First Choice Home Inspection, especially for customers who are not experienced with construction and seeking to understand and resolve any potential issues before they become problems. First Choice Home Inspection is quick - they evaluated my property and provided my report (including pictures) within the same day. They are very affordable and the cost is worth it’s weight in gold. The findings could’ve easily materialized into problems that would have cost a whole lot more overtime.

Steve did a wonderful job inspecting the home in Fort Worth for my buyer whom I represented as his agent. He was thorough with the inspection findings, did a very informative post-inspection consultation going over the findings with my buyer, and sent us the inspection report within 4 hours of the inspection! Really quick, professional and trust-worthy!

I have called 3 different inspection companies. The first choice inspection was the only one answered on Saturday and willing to get the job done at the same date 10pm. Amazing service and advice was given by Steven. He is not only to inspect your home in the way of technical support also giving you a very detailed and comprehensive explanation. I was amazed by their service and a very reasonable price.

Thanks

Steve excels in his profession! Did an amazing job inspecting a home that was built in the 1960s. Very thorough, very knowledgeable, very punctual. Thoroughly explains everything to his client at the completion of his inspection. Received the entire inspection results within an hour. Extremely easy to set up my appointment and pay. Recommended by my lender and I would highly recommend to others. My spouse, an engineer, was also impressed with the expertise and service provided by Steve.

Steve from First Choice is a top-notched and professional individual in every way! He was on-time and very thorough in every aspect of the inspection from start to finish. He is very easy to communicate with. He asked me first what problems I had, then inspected every aspect of my house. He took the time to explain the inspection in terms I understood. I highly recommend Steve's services to anyone who is looking for a home inspector. I am very satisfied with my home inspection!

He created an in depth and detailed report (including photos and recommendations for treatment) for us which he reviewed with us at the end of the inspection. During the review of his findings he made sure to answer any questions that we had. Steve was prompt and efficient, which is very appreciated. We feel he did a complete inspection of not only the house but also the pool/spa area. We found his report to be both thorough and informative.

Steve has always been thorough with my clients and even myself in his inspections. There’s no one else that I’d rather go with. Steve is our first choice. I trust him, he’s professional, and he’s honest!

We used First Choice for an inspection for a house we were buying. The process of booking was so easy. Liked being able to do online. Steve was very thorough leaving no stone unturned. The electrical box was covered and he couldn’t remove the panel. He went back after it was cleared to finish that part. Got an updated report as well. Highly recommend!!!

I really appreciated the speed, flexibility and the integrity. It was a disappointing result for us, but saved us a ton of money in the long run. We excersized our option. Thanks for the great documentation.

Very happy with the service I received from Steve! He was very thorough and was able to explain/educate on his inspection of the property. Highly recommended for your home inspection

Steve from FirstChoiceHome Inspection did an excellent job inspecting a house for us as buyers. He was thorough both in the inspection and report and reasonably priced. He sat down with us in the end to explain what he saw and patiently answered all our questions. Very educational. He even gave an Overview of his assessment of the property. Awesome. Thanks for making sure our new house will be safe and for pointing out the areas needing attention and repairs. If we are ever in the need for a house/property inspection, I know who to call.

I recently hired Mr. Steve Henderson for a full home inspection, and I couldn’t be more satisfied.
