We went with Pinnacle for our pool installation. We were told 3 to 5 month until it was fully done. It felt like they sped through the process and got it done in 3 months. Delivered exactly what they said they would. Made accomodations to ensure I was happy and inspector was too. Mandy was our sales person and did the design. We are super happy with it. Wayce was our project manager. We were informed every step of the way. Pinnacle really made sure we were happy with everything. My my family and I have a lifelong fun activity we can do in our backyard. Highly recommend this pool builder.

What a professional, affordable price and high quality job. The pool was done in a timeframe that i am still able to use before the summer is over. Zach and Dale were amazing with managing the project, explanation on the steps and great customer service. Had Mason help us through the whole process of getting our pool build started. He has a great energy, knows so much information about the pool, equipment, and processes. He listened to everything we wanted and helped us come up with a design that worked both for our budget and our leisurely desires. We love our pool! I had heard building a pool is never smooth, but our sales rep (Zach) was super accommodating, and our Project Manager (Dale) ran the job flawlessly start to finish. In fact the only hang up on the timeline was because it took my wife 3 weeks to decide on a waterline tile. Otherwise these guys were on top of it! I would use Pinnacle again and I would (and have) recommend them to friends and family!

I was swimming in 12 weeks! Our family has been shopping for a pool since the start of 2020 and we always felt the cost was too expensive. We decided to revisit after seeing an advertisement that promoted pools starting at 59K. I met with Festus, and we sat and had a long conversation as to what our wants were and worked extensively with the price. He was very upfront on the price breakdown and said where we could cut costs to get what we wanted. I did bring up the star rating and he was transparent that they were under new management and are their focus was on customer satisfaction. I am extremely happy at the work and communication and the overall process. If there were any setbacks, they were always up front and made sure to stay communicative with us. We opted out on decking and did that separately and that helped cut costs. Their entire team was great and always were very helpful with any questions we had. It’s worth a visit to sit and talk to them to see what they can work with you on. Shout out again to Festus, Dale, and their team and can’t thank them enough.

Our experience with Pinnacle Pools was A+++ from start to finish. From design thru construction to pool school, we had every question answered and concern eased or fixed. Mason was a fabulous design consultant and made our vision come to life. Festus answered all construction concerns pre- contract and we got every feature we wanted in our budget. Cooper was an incredible project manager and made sure everything ran smoothly and kept us up to date on the timeline. He also put up with all my questions and nitpicking like a champ! He even came out and did pool school with us when the maintenance side was booked and couldn't get out to us right away. Overall Pinnacle went above and beyond with their customer service and made everything easy for us. We are so pleased to have done business with them and would recommend them to anyone seeking to build a pool. Our pool is beautiful!

WOW!!! Pinnacle pools exceeded our expectations!! Our pool design was dreamed up by Zach Jones and brought to life by our project manager Dale. We had a very small space to work with and these guys created a pool beyond what we ever imagined. It is perfect, I don't have a single complaint. In fact, we just signed the contract to have another pool designed with Pinnacle. I will specifically request to work with Zach and Dale in the future, they are the dream team:) 5 stars!!

If we could go back and build a pool again we would still choose Pinnacle! After hearing about friend and neighbors experiences with other builders (builds dragging on for several months, mistakes with the build, lack of communication, etc.) we were hesitant to start such a big project, but now our only regret is not doing it sooner with Pinnacle! We worked with Zach on our design and contract, and Adrian was our project manager. They are a communicative, friendly, and knowledgeable duo! We broke ground on June 17th and were to fill day in less than 10 weeks which exceeded well beyond our expectations! As with any construction project there were bumps along the way which we were completely prepared for, but were super impressed with how quickly these things were worked through and resolved. Thank you Adrian and Zach for making our backyard oasis come to life, we’re so excited for all the memories we will make!
