He scoured every nook and cranny to represent our interests for our life savings in a home. Steve then went through every item 1 by 1 to show and explain to us the deficiencies he found. And then his inspection report was the most professional we had ever seen. Due to Steve's diligence, we were protected from making a bad investment. I am happy to provide this review of First Choice Home Inspection. Steve was very thorough in his inspection… and he demonstrated great appreciation for the importance of this work on our behalf. As homebuyers we want to know all about our new home. We all know that a great inspection will tell us things that we (the buyer) can’t see or recognize. Steve communicated his findings in a way that was easily understandable, and he provided “real world” perspective to each aspect of his report. It was very clear that Steve really “cares” about doing a detailed inspection for us, while also showing great respect for the seller. My wife and I have purchased 6 home over the course of our 40 year marriage… each had an inspection and we were always presented a report of the inspection. Steve actually sat down with us and walked us through his findings, and verbalized his thoughts for each different item…. THIS direct and personal communication provided us a better understanding of our new home. Steve came out with two days' notice to do our home inspection. His report was easy to understand and the pictures of the areas that needed attention were clear and helped to understand what he was talking about in the report. Will definitely call him again, if the need arises.

Steve was contacted late afternoon on such short notice however managed to get out there right the next day. He gave a very detailed report with photos and explanation on everything the property had wrong. There were things that I did not notice until he pointed it out in his report. He went out to inspect the property and provided the report all in the same day. I would highly recommend Steve for all your inspection needs. I am a very satisfied customer and thanks to Steve the seller will be providing us with a new roof before closing.

Super knowledgeable and helpful. Since we were buying a house in a new geographical area, we opted for the additional services. We have learned a great deal and have much more confidence about the house and the expectations of living in a new area. The report and follow-up were exceptional. Steve did a great job on our inspection! He explained all his findings in detail and took the time to make sure everything was reviewed. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend to anyone needing an inspection. The price is amazing as well!

Blindly hired Steve as a referral from my realtor. As a buyer we thought Steve would have our best interests in mind considering the extensive relationship he apparently had with our realtor. Steve noted many findings that were no issue at all most of which were probably Steve filling blank paper space to make it look as if he understands more than he does. Steve noted a slow master bathtub drain and tried to sell a few hundred dollar plumbing scope. Upon further review I did myself, it was nothing more than some painters tape left prior to the home being listed. If Steve were thoroughly inspecting the home, this would’ve jumped out and been caught right away. We walked the home with Steve as he talked through some of his findings, when we arrived at the master bathroom shower he mentioned some caulk needed to be reapplied, nothing more. He stated there was “Low” Water pressure. I continued to walk the house and trusted the $600 inspection. Jokes on me, Upon moving into the home we discovered the master bathroom shower had NO water pressure, ZERO. Which again, If the inspection was conducted thoroughly this should have been addressed. Now a few thousand dollars deep into plumbing repairs and would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

I am very pleased with my inspector Steve Henderson. He did a thorough inspection of my new construction town home. While he did find items that need attention and repair he also shared with me great things about the construction of my new home. I feel confident the minor problems will resolved prior to me moving in but also confident that I am investing in a good quality built home and community. He spent time with me explaining my report and also happy to provide the report to my builder and discuss any issues with him if need be. Highly recommend!

If you are looking to build a pool, deck and have paradise in your backyard, call Zach Jones with Pinnacle pools. We have never had a pool. Zach listened to our wants, helped us select materials, visit our backyard numerous times to make sure pool was in our desired locations, made changes and most importantly, stayed within our budget with options and suggestions.
Zach has become a friend. He checked on the pool construction numerous times per week, always available , responsive and so helpful.
In an industry plagued by unscrupulous individuals, it’s fantastic to find someone so reliable, involved and dedicated to customer satisfaction.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Pinnacle Pools & Spas. I had high hopes since they are a multi-state company, but found the build experience lacking. Communication was horrendous. If I didn’t ask, I wouldn’t know when anything was scheduled. The sub-contractors were careless and caused return work and corrections. There was no oversight of them. The only time I saw a Supervisor without asking for a meeting, was when the next check was due.

This company makes the entire experience easy and simple for you. They guide you through the entire process and are clear in explaining each step. They are a family company, which makes them very honest and transparent in their business. Mason is the best! He designed our pool and went above and beyond our expectations, helping us get the most for our budget.

I really appreciate how Mason has been attentive to our questions and design. I really recommend Pinnacle Pools and Spa in Plano. And I really like how Dale was attentive in the progress. Thank you bith for your hard work. Our pool looks great!!

From the very beginning to now almost completely finished, Festus has been absolutely awesome. Festus and whole team/ crew has been perfect. Worked out an awesome price for the exact design we wanted. Talked us into doing the pebble in the plaster, and it looks and feels amazing. Always answering our questions and if there were a problem, most the time they caught it before we did. Without a doubt recommend Pinnacle Pools to anyone. Thank you guys!

My pool was recently completed and I used pinnacle pools for both my pool and hot tub. It was the best decision in could have made. The pool prices were great, way better than my other quotes. Also the pool is beautiful. What I really appreciated is that the team communicated great throughout the whole process and gave me updates throughout the whole process. A pool is a big investment and it was great to have a team that felt like partners in the project not just "contractors" or "pool builders". The team was great from throughout completion of the pool. I seriously cannot recommend them enough. Great folks and they do great work! I worked with Dale and Zach and they were both absolutely phenomenal to work with.

We are so happy with our pool, swim jets, and spa! We set a deadline to surprise ours grandkids…even with all the rain this spring they had it finished in time for the visit!
I researched and met with several pool contractors. Festus was great to plan with. Dale and others were great to work with as well. He gave us the best price as well. They went above and beyond.

Lary Parker (Sales & Design) and my Project Lead Kyle have been awesome on this pool building journey so I am pretty sure we got the best of crews. While budget is always taken into consideration, the quality vs price seems to be top notch. The communication is great and we are putting together a very nice outdoor pool living space with Pinnacle Pools. I will post photos when it’s done.

Those poor reviews are before the new owners took over so please ignore them as the are irrelevant! Our experience has been 5 + stars. Our team of Festus, Erin, and Adrian have done an incredible job of bringing our combined visions to an actual unbelievable spool ( spa pool). From the months of getting through our HOA to the efficiency of city permits they were thorough. And our end product is simply the most detailed and beautiful center piece we could have ever hoped for in a pool. Being in a Villa with a zero lot line we had to have them work with us to get us the spool that fits our space and adds to our backyard oasis. THEY DID JUST THAT !! We can not say enough about the close relationship we had during our build and how it continues now. Thank you to Pinnacle for being able to exceed our expectations!

Our experience with Pinnacle Pool and SPA was a mix of great and frustrating. On the positive side, Zachary, our salesperson, was fantastic, professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful during the sales and design phase. The design itself met our expectations, and we felt well taken care of in the early stages.

Unfortunately, things changed once the project moved into execution under the project manager, Cooper. Communication from Cooper was inconsistent and often nonexistent. Deadlines were repeatedly missed, promises were not kept, and we were left without clear updates or explanations. One particularly frustrating issue remains unresolved. Cooper has yet to follow through on the return of clean dirt that was mistakenly removed from our property. Despite multiple mentions, there has been no communication or resolution on this matter.

The lack of accountability and poor communication from the project management side significantly impacted our overall experience. While the beginning of the process showed promise, the follow-through did not reflect the level of service we expected.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future clients receive a more seamless and respectful experience.
