I don't typically post reviews however, I wanted to share my experience with Pinnacle Pools.
After getting four different quotes, we decided to go with Pinnacle.

We worked with Zach and Dale on our project. It took 30 days from dig day to fill our pool!!! We had a few minor fixes after we filled the pool but Dale was on top of it and got them rectified.
The longest wait was for the final inspection. Our pool is a 15x30, 3.5 to 6ft, aqua blue pebble tech with abalone shells. We love the color of our pool and can't wait to finish our landscaping in the spring!
Overall, we are pleased with our pool and would recommend Zach/Dale for any pool/spa project.

Soon it will be a year since our pool was completed. It took longer than my other friends to finish with other companies (5 months), but we have had no major problems unlike my friends. The pool is beautiful, the equipment is high quality, and the company checked in with us to see how things were going during the winter. The only issue we have had is a crack that needs to be re-caulked in a corner. Thanks for helping us get the backyard oasis we always dreamed of.

Working with Zach from Pinnacle has been a very good experience. He designed our pool, spa and sunken BBQ area and provided expert opinion and advice on the project. I highly recommend Zach for his expertise, knowledge and super professional ways!

We had a great build with Festus, Cooper and team. Just like any large project there were a few hiccups along the way but ultimately ending with a beautiful pool and great design by Festus. We look forward to enjoying this space for years to come. Broke ground in May and jumped in end of July.

We had a rough intial pool school with another associate, unfortunately communication just broke down a bit and we were told he is new to teaching, but Brody came over and was super helpful and knowledgeable with “Pool School” Thank you so much for taking time with us and not rushing off. He answered all of our questions and follow up text.

I don't usually post reviews, but I feel I would be doing a disservice to the community if I didn't send my review.
Our pool build has been a wonderful experience. Right from the first time, I walked into the Pinnacle Pool office in Richardson. I was given a very warm reception. Zach, the salesperson, was very detailed. Zach was very patient and took his time to develop the design we wanted. Zach also helped with the material selection, and in the end, it was a gorgeous and elegant pool
The build process was also very smooth and timely. Cooper the project manager was very professional. He made sure to talk to us and update us on every step throughout the build process.
Pinnacle delivered in a timely manner, kept their word, and there were no hidden charges or “surprises.” Overall, these guys are so good, and they are responsive. They were there to troubleshoot our little issues, even weeks after completing the project.
The pool is so beautiful that a neighbor signed up with Pinnacle at the first sight of my pool. If you are looking to build a quality luxury pool at a competitive price and in a timely fashion, give these guys a call, and you won't be disappointed

We built our first pool with Pinnacle and it was a fantastic experience. Since the beginning, Festus, Josh and the rest of the team walked us through the entire process. They explained everything and guided us through the design and selection process. Once construction started they kept us informed every day of the progress and what to expect over the next few days. The work was completed on time and with excellent quality. We love our pool and we know we’ll enjoy it for many years to come. Definitely recommend, 5-stars all the way.

We just finished our build with Pinnacle and I will let the pics speak for themselves! Although we got our work ahead with landscaping the pool itself and the pavers are absolutely BEAUTIFUL. We never thought our backyard could have this potential, but the guys at Pinnacle saw something different and we are very pleased they did!
Our original sales rep ended up leaving the company right in the middle of getting the permits approved which did delay the process, but once that got resolved and Cooper was assigned to our build things went very smoothly and the communication was always delivered, which was most important to us. Of all years summer of 2025 had ALOT of rain and despite the rain from our dig date and our fill date our pool was completed in exactly 2 months. Not too shabby 😁

From the beginning Pinnacle Pools stood out as we were getting quotes from other pool builders. Festus listened to exactly what we were looking for. No cross-sell. No up-sell. No high pressure. A beautiful design at a very reasonable price. We made the initial deposit and of course made a few small changes after that. Did they take the opportunity to bump our cost? No. They simply made our changes at no additional charge. You don’t see that every often.

Then the construction. We’d built a pool in the past. We knew the process. But we’d never seen such fast efficient and professional crews. From the excavation, to the gunite, to the electrical/plumbing, to the concrete and plaster. A little over six (6) week start to finish to build a 40’ by 10’ pool on a 55’ by 25’ patio. Beyond inpressive.

There were a few hiccups and concerns we had. Sean handled them (resolved them) all. The result. We couldn’t be happier. Pinnacle Pools A+

Prior to contacting Pinnacle Pools ( Mason) I received several bids on a pool installation for our uniquely shaped small yard. Mason was able to provide a design for our yard and we loved it. The communication was amazing throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone who's interested in a gunite pool.

Festus at Pinnacle Pool and Spa was absolutely amazing. His level of service, knowledge, and attention to detail truly set him apart. He took the time to make sure everything was dialed in perfectly and that we felt confident and ready to enjoy our pool this summer and for many seasons to come. After looking at different pool builders, we decided to go with Pinnacle Pools & Spas. Boy! Are we glad we did, as Pinnacle was an excellent choice. From signing the contract, to the pool design, to our beautiful pool being finished, in November 2025! Our family is extremely pleased with our new inground swimming pool! Josh was our assigned project manager. Josh did it all too. From fielding phone calls from us, contractors, "late" evening meetings with my husband & I. If there were ever any issues, & there weren't many, we knew Josh would take care of us. Pinnacle had several pool builds going at one time as well. Josh always had time for our project. Even being away on vacation, our build did not cease. Josh is professional, & a pleasure to work with. We couldn't have ask for a better guy, to oversee our project. Thanks, Josh! You rock!

Mason and Sean were great to work with throughout the project. We had a slight setback with the city in the beginning but they kept me informed and the project moving forward. We had great weather, so they kept things moving fast and my installation was one of the fastest I’ve heard of…..I’m very excited to get to start using it very soon!! Mason has also been very kind and thorough afterward, as he answers all my texts and walks me through any questions that pop up for me. I’m so glad I was able to work with him through this while project! I’d recommend this team to anyone!

After getting quotes from three other pool companies, we were very fortunate to find Pinnacle Pools and Spa. From the very beginning, they have been extremely professional, responsive, and efficient throughout the entire quoting process.

Mason, the Design Consultant, has been truly outstanding. He is an extraordinary person with great charisma and empathy, and he genuinely makes you feel supported from day one. He guided us through every step, answered all our questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Additionally, he speaks both English and Spanish, which was a huge plus for us and made communication even easier.

They invited us to their offices to complete the entire process in person and to walk us through all the materials and construction options. They showed us videos, photos, and visual renderings of how the pool would look in our backyard, which helped us feel confident in every decision. Their facilities are excellent, very welcoming, and professional.

Mason and Sean, the Project Manager, make a great team, and their teamwork has been outstanding throughout the process. Construction started on Friday, and in just a couple of days the progress has been impressive. As shown in the photos, the work has been fast, organized, and efficient. Sean, has done an excellent job keeping everything well coordinated and on schedule.

They also handled all the permits with the HOA and the city, providing excellent support and taking care of all the paperwork, which made the entire process stress-free.

Overall, we are extremely happy with our experience so far and highly recommend Pinnacle Pools and Spa.

We’ve had a great experience with Pinnacle Pool so far. Zach has been awesome to work with during the design phase—super knowledgeable, responsive, and really helpful in dialing in the layout and features we wanted. He made the whole planning process feel easy.

Now that construction has started, Sean has been great on the build side. He’s been communicative, professional, and on top of everything as the work moves along. It’s been reassuring to have someone who clearly cares about the details.

Overall, we’re really happy with how things are going and would definitely recommend Pinnacle Pool to anyone looking to build a pool.

We experienced a water leak in our master bathroom. After the drying process, plumbers and remodeling businesses gave us conflicting/confusing quotes, and never followed up in a timely manner. Star Home Remodeling provided the clearest, most professional advise, followed up in a timely manner, and did a professional/quality job. We particularly appreciated their indepth knowledge of tile design and plumbing construction issues.

I highly recommend Star Homes Remodeling. Stefano and his crew are extremely skilled and professional, and they bring great ideas to help bring your project together. Their pricing was fair, and the quality of work exceeded our expectations. We’re so pleased with the results that we plan to use them again to update our master bathroom in the near future.

Great selection of color and material, work was done on schedule. We are very happy with our new countertops.

We have our kitchen countertops replaced and Stefano’s team did a great job.

Star Home Remodeling was great to work with. They remodeled a master bath for us and did an great job! We are very pleased!
